So pleased that the Mall and every store permitted our Maltese! The Cheesecake Factory was the only place that we could not go in - not even at their outside seating area. Not a problem since the Mall Food Court has many many options. There are unique and upscale stores - Monte Blanc, Tiffany & Co., Apple, Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus,... More

Big mall, lots of options. Needs a souvenir shop for PA. Only place was the Rite Aid and they only had one little rack of stuff. Layout was no Mall of America, but if you grabbed a map you could figure it out. Was a fun way to spend a few hours after checking out of hotel before our flight.... More

I visited this mall 15 years ago. The impression it made was unsurpassed even by the new construction at Natick Mall in Massachusetts. I wasn't disappointed. I now know it is the largest mall in the country, well worth a trip (from Providence, RI) and another, Lord willing.

Huge mall! There are a lot of stores, there is something for everyone! Many food areas. I would suggest taking a whole day to be able to enjoy the whole mall.

We stayed in a hotel across the road and planned a few hours shopping on our trip. We spent 8 hours in the mall! Very big and split into two parts. If you want to see and do it all allow for a full day. We visited from Northern Ireland and shops on this scale are way more than we... More

This was my first visit to KOP and I was REALLY excited. We parked at Macy's, and though we had a map, it took us a while to realize we had to go THROUGH Macy's along an UNMARKED walkway, around displays to get from the lower scale Courts to the upscale Plaza. Using the uncovered Crosswalk--which is long and exposed... More

My family have been visiting here for the best part of 15 years - as we have relatives nearby Virtually everything we could want can be found here As ever the Americans make it easy and convenient - and lots of bargains The place is... Largest mall in North America (mall of America has amusements, but less store space. And they are in the process of enlarging.) Several very high end specialty stores, several large department and department type stores. Also have lower priced specialty stores. Total mall is huge and can be intimidating.

Im here almost every day, gone are the days of in and out shopping. The mall is always crowed, parking is sparse and allthough they are making it bigger and better right now it's messy and annoying. Newest additions DICKS Sporting a Goods (great store and its huge) and Bonefish Grill. I assume once all the construction is complete and... More
