While the tour was interesting, I feel that more could have been included in this tour. Maybe a film or more info about Washington's stay in the Valley

We went to see Frank Sinatra Jr. last night. In the hall you sit in regular conference chairs, and the seating is not inclined (raked), so if the person or people in front of you have big hair or are tall, you're out of luck, despite how much you paid for seats. Additionally, there are only 3 elevators that service... More

Went to see Heart concert at music fair.there is not a lot of information about where anything is as in signage or people to guide you so once you find the place you need to be you are seated on standard chairs that aren't very comfortable and are squeezed tight together. All chairs are on the same level so if... More

This facility could do with a major upgrade. The convention rooms are scattered all over the place, there is poor sound insulation between rooms (you can hear the next door speaker) and the whole place isn't even particularly clean (it smells slightly). The facilities are also scattered over two floors (with the casino floor in between at one point) in... More

Great place to bring any age, especially young school children. They will love the Washington relics and equipment Washington's army used. The maps and paintings are soething to see. Also visit the Coffee shop behind Washington's Chapel. The senior waitsses are steeped in history of the area. They will fill you in about any questions about Washington's Chapel. Don't miss... Dirty, dated and old. Stained carpeting, scratches along the walls, sub par AV, strange shaped rooms. Terrible venue for a trade show. Hard to find what you need, long walks...horrible layout. Find another place for your convention!

The hall is adequate. They could use more seating in the food court and more options for food. Hate that they only carry coke products.

Attended the 1st concert (Smokey Robinson) at the new VF Casino Music Fair in the convention center. Was well organized and had huge screens to see the details on stage from anywhere in the room. The concert sound system was excellent. The performance was outstanding. The lighting was good. Up and personal with the performers. Thumbs down for temperature of... More

Attended several days of convention. The seating was good. The AV people were there and helpful. No problems with the acoustics. Many of the chairs were stained so you needed to look before you sit. The convention center was totally underground so there was no light. You can come up to the casino or hotel level for light but immediately... More
