Staying at Pine Trees Resort, made the Lagoon Beach an easy three minute walk from our room. Glorious sunsets, kayaking, swimming, snorkelling... and on and on. So much to do

Lagoon beach is where you can swim in the beautiful turquoise water, make arrangements to go fishing, snorkelling or touring with a boat company, have a picnic on the grass or take a walk along the beach and watch the birds.

Tranquil and stunning. Relax swimming in this crystal clear water or kayak to a remote beach for some beachcombing. Maybe kayak to the lagoon island for some solitude. So much to do and explore.

The lagoon is the base for the water activities so get out there and go diving, snorkelling, swimming, paddling. I did snorkelling, diving and it was unreal, you have to DO IT! Comet Hole unreal I suggest doing the specialised snorkelling tour

Nice clean sheltered beach. This is where to book all your activities from. Most of the tour guides are located and depart along lagoon beach. Close to the center of town.Have a feed or get takeaway then have a short stroll down to the beach

Good for swimming & walking along with Mt Gower in the background. Water is usually calm & fairly warm. Some corals & fish to see but not as interesting to snorkel as Ned's Beach All the glass bottom boat & dive tours depart from Lagoon Beach

The lagoon is a magical place to swim and snorkel. A number of coral reefs are.in the lagoon and are easily accessible.

The glassbottom boats, cruises and dive boats go from here. A lovely beach to walk along, water is clear and mild. After a visit to the museum it's a great way to walk back to the CBD (thanks Jim from Lorhiti). Just another LHI delight.
