It's all been said. Easy to access; wetsuits, snorkels etc available for hire. Turtles, fish coral, on a beautiful beach. The small sharks were daunting, even though people reassured me.

A short walk from Horhiti and you are at this magical beach. Feed the fish or just stand amongst them. Snorkel in the warm water to discover the coral and its inhabitants. Walk along the white sands to observe the Terns nesting. Or just beach comb amongst the rocks.

Apart from Emily Bay at Norfolk Island this is the most beautiful beach I have ever had the pleasure of swimming at. The warmish water this week is so crystal clear and clean and you can see the fish of all sizes swimming past you. Didn't want to leave this lovely place. The sand is also very white and soft... A beautiful beach, with vibrant blue waters. A fish food dispenser ($1 a go) to hand -feed the fish! Wonderful! A walk along the beach a we saw a small colony of nesting terns - complete with chicks - on the rocks. Honestly system for hiring snorkelling gear, picnic tables and a very well looked after beach. A must.

Last time we came here in 2013 my wife & I were lucky enough to see a small reef shark which we were able to follow for a few minutes. There is plenty to see & we were even able to do a shore dive with pro dive as well. defiantly worth the time to visit, particularly suitable for families... More

Very nice clean scenic beach. The beach has a hut where you can hire everything, snorkle gear, deck chairs, paddle boards etc. This is a honour system.Just put your money in the box to hire your gear. Each time you go down to the beach, just in front of the hire shack, there is a large school of fishing waiting for a feed. For $1:00... More

Love Ned's beach, feeding the fish in knee deep water was a thrill and the Sooty Turns (birds) with there eggs/chicks were lovely to view.

Full credit to the Honesty Kiosk at Ned's for providing at very modest costs everything you need to snorkel and enjoy the beach. No need to take anything with you - it's all there! No dislikes!
