I went with my kids couple of times when we drive through Junee. We all love chocolate and appreciate that is organic. There is more to see and buy than just chocolate. The service is great. Everyone is nice and polite. Very informative too. Great spot to visit, relax, and learn about history as well. Will visit again

How cool is this place! We were recommended to stop in here for a light lunch whilst on route to Wagga Wagga. This place is a hidden gem and was glad we stopped in to check it out. There is nice out door seating and as soon as you walk in the doors, you get smacked in the face by... More

The best licorice you have ever tasted produced from organic ingredients. So dedicated is the Factory to making the best product that chocolate is sourced from Germany. It is possible to see the licorice being made, it is possible to choose from a wonderful selection of licorice from the shop. It is possible to purchase afternoon tea to a satisfying... More

Very friendly staff. Excellent, informative tour - shame licorice was not in production. 4 year old daughter loved the opportunity to make a giant freckle. The taste testing was good, not stingy in their offerings. There was plenty of seating which looked lovely, however did not eat from the restaurant. The gift shop upstairs had plenty of nice things to... More

We have been bringing visitors here for the past few years. You can take a tour for $5 pp of the factory showing how the licorice and chocolate operations work. . The machines weren't operating as it was a Sunday, however our guide was very informative and you are given a couple of samples to try. At the end is... More

Coming from Melbourne, I didn't have too much of an expectation about this place. What I got was a tiny quaint town with this huge old flour mill that has been converted. It held all its rustic charm that it probably always has. The tour guide Kathy was amazing, it was more personalised as it was only myself and my... More

What a delightful place to stop while passing through the quant little town. What once was a flour mill now fill your nostrils with decant smells of chocolate and liquorice. We had a tour and saw them making Raspberry liquorice covered in white chocolate. But I just love the cranberry's and white chocolate. They have a coffee Shoppe and we... More

Was very impressed with this place all products certified organic and top quality. We did the tour and our tour guide Kate was knowledgeable and very friendly. The tour is $5 and well worth it as you get to try many of the delicious products. Would highly recommend it.

Green Grove Organics produce organic chocolate and licorice the traditional way and at this beautifully historic factory you get to see how they do it – and even have a go yourself. Set in the restored Junee Flour Mill, the Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory is full of ambiance and old world charm. Tours are conducted hourly, on the hour,... More

Lovely atmosphere but disappointed that the factory wasn't operational when we visited. As such, there wasn't much to see. Licorice and chocolate was available for tasting, but purchasing was difficult as choices and prices were not clearly displayed and a little confusing

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately our licorice production depends on manufacturing demand rather than just for tourism, February is a slower period for sales therefore rather then the regular 5 days a week production is reduces. Our guided tours still explain in detail the production (with visual aids), history of the building and establishment of Green Grove Organics along... More
