Byron is the perfect town to stay at, a mix of relax and partying. In Byron you can do everything and at the same time nothing, from sunbathing at the beach to surfing incredible waves has all you want. For a little of adventure, I would recommend you to go by bike to the lighthouse, has an excellent view of... More

A lovely area to visit with many attractions close by. The town itself has a variety of shops as well as supermarkets, and of course the Byron Bay hotel. There is a beaut Esplanade to walk along and you can also drive along the coast and take in the scenery.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting Byron Bay. WOW. I've heard about this place from many of my friends and doubted it could live up to their exultations!!! I found it to be lovely and laid back. We had lunch at Fishheads, fabulous. Walked downtown and lots of retail that should cater to all tastes.

Love everything about Byron. The lovely cafe's, the beautiful beaches, the walks, the atmosphere, the weather, the views from the lighthouse. A very peaceful place to relax and simply enjoy.

I have to say that I couldn't enjoy this town. Maybe because of fathers day weekend or maybe its always this way but it seems to be more crowded than busy CBD and not very pleasant because of it. The town is nice enough but nothing I was expecting, no local flavor just lots of people and very commercial shops.... More

This beachside town is located in the far north eastern corner of the state of New South Wales and is popular with surfers, tourists, visitors and day trippers. A great destination for anyone looking to escape the busy city style weekdays, and Byron Bay provides lots of things to do and see, or just relax and surf, or take in... More
