The team noticed that (as we are not spring chickens) we were not coping very well with paddling against the waves. They resolved this by placing each of us with a guide so that paddling for us was optional. We had the most amazing day and saw a half dozen whales within metres of the kayaks. The commentary was informative... More

My family and I took a kayak trip on the weekend and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, competent and went out of their way, even to extending the trip, when we encountered two pods of whales towards the end of the afternoon. What an amazing experience to be on the water with these majestic creatures! Thank you... More

An absolutely outstanding experience! What impressed me most was the guides' respect and love of the natural environment and understanding of our place as humans in this world. I loved hearing about the aboriginal culture and heritage in the area and we were blessed with guides who were knowledgable and respectful of this. Thank you!!

Had the best day ever!! Our guides, Doug & Emma, were so enthusiastic and friendly. You could tell they really cared about the animals, the environment and our experience. We were lucky enough to see over 20 dolphins, who not only surfed the waves for us but also came right next to our kayak - they were so close we... More

Sure, you can see the whales and the Dolphins from the coastal walk, but having to kayak through the waves to see the fauna at sea gives it much more meaning. The crewm od GoSeakayak is friendly and make everyone feel at ease. In the end, there is no real risk, and the effort is limited. SeaKayakking is fun, we... More

Thanks for this great experience. Definitely a unique way to get close to the dolphins. It was good fun and not too exhausting even for unexperienced paddlers.

We kayaked out from Byron on Thursday 21st August and were soon surrounded by a dolphin pod. Amongst the frolicking mammals, we noticed a tiny, obviously new born baby. The mother dolphin kept close to her baby but she did bring him close enough for us to see. What a thrill! We also saw whales in the distance so it... More

We went at the beginning of June and had a great experience. It was beautiful weather, and the guides were very knowledgable and friendly. It was especially interesting to learn about the aboriginal history of the area. I loved the snorkelling - I had been wanting to swim with turtles for so long, and I finally got the opportunity to...
