Had an excellent afternoon at the st Austell brewery tour! Our tour guide Anne was lovely and very knowledgable! The whole tour was interesting and was great to see the brewery process from beginning to end. Lots of steps but rewarded with some tasty sampling at the end and a relaxed atmosphere

An entertaining, interesting and informative brewery tour! The staff at St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre are dedicated, knowledgeable and humorous in imparting the Brewery's history and the processes involved in producing some very more-ish products. This was a very worthwhile tour, full of interest and the opportunity to sample everything at the end. We will definitely give it another shot... More

The hicks bar has some of the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever had the pleasureto meet. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, the food scrummy and well presented and of course the beer is superb. my partner and i love it so much we are holding our wedding party there next year! Very highly recommended way to spend... More

Enjoyable couple of hours. Food excellent value for money. Tour, informative and you actually see a working brewery. The tasting of different beers at the end just adds to the overall experience. Do not miss if you are in the area.

They have done a fantastic job with this building creating a good atmosphere and of course the beer is great! We had the fish and chips which were OK, I would class as pub grub rather than fine cuisine but this is probably the market they are chasing. Let's not get away from this as a tourist attraction offering tours... More

We had a great time visiting the brewery, the tour was very imformative and taken by a lovely lady called Anne, all the staff were very friendly and it was great to see the ins and outs of a working brewery, the ale was very tasty too. Definately worth a visit.

We had lunch in the cafeteria. The staff was attentive and we got to sample most of the alternative beer brands before we made our selections. The food was good. We had veggie & tomato soup, and a Caesar salad. The food menu came with different recommendations of beers for each dish. They also has a nice little museum behind... More

Had a very informative family tour round the old brewery. Well recommended but ensure you book in advance and get there early enough to park if travelling by car (parking is quite poor!). The breweries café is also worth noting for the quality of the food it provides.

We visited the brewery earlier this week and had a tour. It was well worth the entry fee. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. I'm not even a big fan of beer etc but the tour was fun and informative. Everyone was so helpful and you had almost unlimited access throughout the building. Unlimited samples at the end... More
