The whole experience was fantastic. We were a party of two adults and two children. Hetty our guide was lovely. The trip was perfect, so calming and beautiful. The children loved every second. We did Frenchmans creek, and even managed a swim. Perfect all round.

My sister organised a kayaking trip for my Hen do and we had such a great time- beautiful scenery and a brilliant way to spend the morning. We launched from the little beach at the Budock Vean hotel (which really suited the 3 non-kayakers as they spent a couple of hours in the spa instead!) and kayaked up Frenchman's creek,... More

Went kayaking with friends with Koru Kayaking this week. Dan took us out and was a brilliant teacher and guide. None of us had kayaked before and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will certainly be recommending Koru to all our family and friends.

I went kayaking on the Helford river with guide Dan. We departed from the foreshore of the Budock Vean hotel and had an amazing 2 hours kayaking along the river up to Frenchman's Creek. Saw some wonderful sights and Dan had great knowledge of the area. I really cannot wait to return to Cornwall next summer to do it again.... More

We went kayaking along the Helford/Frenchmans creek yesterday with Tom as our guide, an excellent two hours, highly recommended! The area is beautiful, lots of opportunities for wildlife spotting, we landed on a couple of small beaches too to look at an abandoned wrecked boat & enjoy a quick refreshing paddle! Tom had lots of interesting local knowledge & facts... More

Had a fantastic week in Cornwall and this trip topped the bill. Excellently run by Tom who was extremely friendly and informative. Was great to learn about the history of the coastline and the animals that inhabited it. The icing on the cake was being visited for half an hour by Silverback the grey seal. Friendly chap who comes up... More

We were on a works bash in St Agnes and we spotted the Kayaking was available so booked it up for "bonding" session. It was absolutely perfect for that but also simply as a great experience. Something so simple is so enjoyable and rewarding. Its even better when you capsize. I, and we (all 17-18 of us), cannot recommend Koru... More

Thank you so much to Dan for giving us such a great, memorable day out yesterday..... we booked Koru's Father's Day special for a kayaking experience along the Helford, 2 adults and 3 children.... we enjoyed every minute of it. Dan was really friendly and helpful...making us feel at ease, he explained the safety procedures for our Kayaks but then... More

I spent five days doing all sorts of different outdoor activities from hiking, to going on a boat charter to visiting beaches and castles in Cornwall. The company was very friendly. When we arrived at the beach we were given very good instructions making anyone who is uneasy about sea kayaking quite comfortable with it. I have been kayaking in... More

Tom & Hetty sorry this is so late! What an amazing experience and super professional. Tom extremely knowledgable about wildlife, caves and above all safety. We saw a nosy seal and the views are truly spectacular, what I especially like about Koru is that photos are taken by Tom of your kayaking experience and put onto Facebook so you can... More
