Gary kept our frankly loud and cheeky group of 7 to 10 year olds captivated. They loved everything about their experience which was for my sons 8th birthday. I was not disappointed about any part of this experience. Booking with Alyson was very easy. Gary made me realise just how little i know about our wildlife and how much there... More

We visited here on the off-chance of just arriving and getting amongst it, our fault we didn't realise you had to book......so please do so to avoid disappointment. Very helpful in reception of the main site. Our day of the visit was totally brilliant! Gary is a guy who has a passion for his job and his animals which shines... More

Saw reviews, looked good, but on a holiday villa site and was closed on Fridays. Not really an attraction but a part of a holiday complex.people that left good reviews must have of been staying on site.

feed the goats and the foxes and we learnt a thing or 2 as well as the kids! There was lots to see and do and the kids were thoroughly entertained and got a certificate at the end!

Really worth doing. Very friendly and unique look at the local/ British wildlife. Great for kids and adults. Gary is brilliant and makes the whole thing such a great experience, he is extremely knowledgeable & passionate about wildlife. We did the night walk. Worth every penny and well worth doing without a doubt!

Gary really makes the two hours of meet the animals, special for all the little "hobbits, and monsters." If you are lucky you will get to see him chase the pygmy goats down the road. The children's attention is held by the feeding and stroking of the animals. The highlight for us was the ferrets and the foxes. It is... More

This fantastic wildlife rescue and education centre is a gem of a find. Just up from Portreath, it is part of the Gwel-An-Mor holiday complex. To get so close to wild birds of prey and foxes is an unbelievable experience, and kids will learn so much about how to spot wildlife on the guided walks. A-may-zing!

Spent the afternoon with Gary flying. Birds of prey, meeting the reindeer, and hand feeding the foxes. This was one of many organised experiences on offer, a must whilst staying at Gwel an mor, highly recommended.

Splendid morning spent with Garry being shown around the farm and meeting lots of animals, donkeys, goats, reindeer, owls, ferrets, squirrels, hedgehogs rabbits, harris hawks, mice, toads, and the highlight hand feeding three beautiful red foxes. Garry knows his wildlife and he spoke eloquently to both parents and children.

Small groups, informative experience, cultivates an interest for British wildlife. Very interactive - he captured my 22 month old (no crying at all) , my 4 year all, 12 and 14 year old. Fantastic, better then what you'd get in the theme park (which can be very impersonal) for the fraction of the price. Can't remember his name, but he... More
