3 miles of stunning golden sands- dog friendly all year round. this beach has so much to offer- bar on the beach, caves, rock pools, surfing, sand dunes, isolation, village in walking distance. tides change rapidly and half beach gets cut off- is a safe path up- but be aware

More than 3 miles of clean sand. The best surf in Cornwall. Incredible facilities...Alcatraz (beach goods), The Watering Hole, all made very safe by the RNLI. Great for dog walkers, surfers, ramblers, horse riders and children of all ages. Will be there again within weeks!

Perranporth Beach is one of the reasons that we return to the town year after year. It is beautiful, clean and the car park is right next to the beach, unless you access the beach from Perranporth Sands and then it's a steep walk up and down the cliff. The RNLI do an amazing job on the beach keeping everyone... More

This is nice clean beach with Lifeguards present. Quite a steep long walk down to it from the Perran Sands Complex but worth it.

Been on this beach more times than I care to remember - just brilliant. It is cleaned daily and, usually, the waves are really good for surfing and bodyboarding. RNLI in attendance most of the day. Yes, it gets busy on a warm and sunny day but there's plenty of room for everyone and then some... The high spring tides... More

Coast around Perranporth spectacular, the booth in the car park is very well stocked, reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and friendly considering how busy this area is. Stay at the Youth Hostel or the campsite beside the beach, not the Haven Holidays, Perran Sands as it is terrible and expensive.

Visited late afternoon and went to the Pub on the beach. Great views and one of the best beaches in the area. Highly recommended.

Great time had by all. Lots to do, plenty of games and surfing going on. Grandchildren enjoyed the surf and rock bathing. Built several sand castles and enjoyed watching the world cup and in deed the tennis at The Watering Hole (thumbs up)

This is one of the best beaches in Cornwall. It's quite commercial, so if you are looking for a quiet, romantic, kid free beach, it's probably not for you. It has everything you may need for a great day out with the kids & family. There's a great pub/restaurant The Watering Hole, right on the beach that serves typical pub... More
