Fantastic beach whether you want to surf, swim, walk the dog or just hang out. Very laid back. The south west coat path sneaks along the beach and the town is just next to the beach.

Visit this beach throughout the year each season and its a fantasic beach and lovely and clean and good surf for all boarders too. Also the watering hole pub is great especially in the summer! but nice and cosy in the winter too.

Stunning beach with the clearest blue water! Surrounded by quaint shops (plenty of ice cream shops) in the centre, this is the ideal 'holiday' beach for families or couples.

Wow, what a fab day at the beach, a very windy day that only served to heighten the experience of watching the waves crash onto the headland and beach, a great place to walk the dogs across the beach and up over the headland.

This is a beach I have visited time and time again for a few hours surfing, or just to generally chill out. There are nearby car parks, shops and places to eat/drink, yet it is much more relaxed than Newquay which can sometimes feel a tad draining. A nice alternative place to visit
