I spent a morning with Perranporth Surf school doing a beginners session. I wasn't particulary confident, went on my own and was the oldest student there (I'm 45).The instructors were welcoming and helpful from the start. “Surf in Safety”

Although I have not been to the school, I have watched would-be surfers of all ages (and shapes & sizes), being carefully taught the basics through to actually surfing in the water. If one of my grandchildren wanted to learn to surf, this is the place I would send them to. More

“If you don't go, you won't know!”

After visiting perranporth in August 2011 and having a fantastic time we decided to go back in October. Both times i have used perranporth surf school because it is such a welcoming surf school and the instructors are amazing. The whole experience of learning to surf has been one i definately wont forget! Thanks guys! :) More

“So good they did it twice!”

Came down with a group of friends on a wet and windy half-term Monday but the weather did nothing to dull the spirits or the excellent session that we enjoyed with Gavin and the Surf School. Unpretentious and accessible, fun and friendly. A fabulous afternoon and enjoyed every minute. Felt well looked after and suitably looked after for first timers.... More
