Wingz is a brilliant place for a visit for all ages of visitor. Follow the decked pathways around the meandering grounds and spot the various birds and waterfowl as you go. We were followed by a crazy little crested bantam who was eager for a few crumbs of duck food (buy a bag on the way in) and my 1... More

We had a fab time at wingz. Greeted by friendly staff. The sanctuary and animals appear to be well looked after. It's not huge but perfect for my two year old to walk round without the need for a pushchair. A lovely picnic area with a great range of slides and children's play houses which my son loved. We bought... More

We have visited twice now and improvements are constantly being added. Overall the grounds are well stocked with birds and animals that younger children and the young at heart enjoy. I am sure the overall scheme will bed in and all areas will get finished. If so the rewards will follow. But if left to over grow I am afraid... More

We visited Wingz today as a birthday outing for my Mother-in-law 2 other adults and also a 14 year old in tow. We had a brilliant time and not one single moody moment from teenage daughter - that in itself makes Wingz worth every single penny! Daughter's favourite was the Meerkats, especially when one decided to escape like 'The Great... More

We are lucky living close by and have a return pass, How do we explain Wingz firstly the owners are there to greet you, that friendly personal touch, then you wonder slowly out on to the site following the paths around the attraction, its almost a game who can spot the species first in their flights or runs, ( always... Wingz offers good value and an informative visit. the children enjoyed running about and particularly enjoyed getting so close to the meerkats and being able to feed them. the information about each of the birds is lovely, its great to see them getting much needed care and attention. keep up the had work!!

The owners were really friendly and informative. Shop and toilets clean and well maintained. The layout was very child friendly and safe. We went round twice, and brought the food for the ducks and meerkats and had a picnic in the little park area whilst the kiddies played. Would recommend anyone down that way to stop by for a morning/afternoon

We spent a week in Cornwall from mid August. Got loads of leaflets for attractions when we arrived & our 2 boys (9 & 11) picked this one for the trip to break up the journey home at the end of the week. So glad we did visit as the boys really enjoyed it. They were followed around by small... More

Doesn't cost the earth and very worth while. Enjoyed our morning at Wingz friendly welcome and able to purchase food for the adorable Meerkats and ducks/geese. Snowy the cockatoo is very funny and danced to some music from a mobile phone.
