We arrived an were immediately given a family ticket even though I'm technically 21 and not a child. It wasn't particularly busy at that time so they didn't have to do that, it was very good of them. We also got treated very well as we were let into stroke the wallabies as we couldn't find them anywhere so we... More

Visited Wingz with 3 other adults & 1 child and was pleasantly surprised. The entry prices were nowhere near over the top as are most of the other Cornwall attractions, and we were greeted in a very friendly and jolly manner. They boast over 70 bird and animal species and it took us an hour to walk around and take... More

We loved our visit to the sanctuary. So warmly welcomed, very reasonably priced and lots to see including a few very welcome and funny little surprises. Educational for our small children learning about the birds that have been rescued with lots of environmental awareness facts too which I really liked. Some of the birds rescued have such character, imitating my... More

Lovely visit very friendly on arrival. Good price to get in. Doesn't take to long to walk around the animals but can walk around as many times as you like. Picnic area and playarea for smaller children,

This is only a small sanctuary but all the animals and birds seem loved by the people who work there. Staff were very friendly and happy to talk about their charges and explain some of their unusual behaviour. Some lovely parrots who demand attention and the meercats are so very cute! We even saw a Joey peeping out of mum's... More

These people are amazing - what a great place! I wish they had more money and support to expand and help more creatures. Lovely Tea room - not too pricey at all Gift shop amazing - I think I spent over £60.00 in there and came out with beautiful trinkets

We are staying in the area so thought we would check this place out. Loved it! The birds have a funny sense of humour and they love to have a chat and a dance to music. The meerkats are good fun, could spend ages watching them. We spent just over an hour here and felt it was good value for... More

On our recent trip to Cornwall we arrived at our accommodation too early to check in, so we went to Wingz for a few hours. The park is small, but it well-maintained and has a nice selection of birds, as well as meerkats and small mammals. There is cafe and childrens play area as well. The park clearly cannot compare... A great little sanctuary with lots of birds that they have re-homed. Parrots are talkative with one that will dance to music, there are also small mammals like wallabies and raccoon dogs, but it was the meerkats that captured our hearts. reasonable admission and for a few pounds you can purchase some feed for the ducks and mealworms for the... Wonderful small sanctuary. Amazing what this couple and a few volunteers do for these birds and animals that would otherwise be harmed or put to sleep, and all through admission and donation funding. Great for small kids. Parrots talk to you as you go around and the meercats come up close.
