A great day out, Wingz focuses on birds (of all shapes and sizes), but also houses Wallabies, Meerkats, Tortoises, Prairie Dogs...the list goes on. Tucked away in a beautiful setting, the welcome was warm (it's got a family-run feel to it), and my visit both fun and informative. Will return!

have visited this attraction a few times with my nieces and nephews and we always have a lovely time. It is only small but there is plenty to see and perfect for little ones who may loose interest in a whole day out. The staff are always very friendly and love to stop and chat.

Fantastic for a small place. The animals and birds look very well looked after. We will be back to get a yearly pass.

This is a lovely place to spend a morning or afternoon. The owners are very enthusiastic and informative The animals gave been rescued or come from homes that can no longer accommodate them. Snowy will dance for you if you play a song on your phone another waves to you when he says goodbye. Cafe with home made cakes etc

This place is not easy to find but please do not give up as you will not be disappointed. This is primarily a sanctuary for wildlife that has been rescued or no longer wanted as a pet. Each of the birds/animals has a write_up by their enclosure to advise how they arrived to be here. Some of the stories are... More

Saw a leaflet for Wingz and decided to visit because of the work they do with rescue birds and the fact that it says in the brochure that they are not like a regular zoo. Animal welfare is of the utmost importance to me and here it is abundantly clear that the animals are well cared for! Although it is... More

Fantastic little attraction. Loads of lovely birds and animals to see. The owners are so passionate and committed to their work. It was nice to be able to get so close to some rare and interesting animals. We also liked hearing how some of the animals came to the sanctuary. Wingz have given a fresh start to some birds who...
