The museum is full of character and there is so much to see. It was good to see how the museum has been restored following the devastating floods 10 years ago. The entrance fee is more than reasonable and the whole experience is well worth it. To see everything allow at least 3 hours. There are some great gift ideas... More

It was lovely to see how well this building had been restored following the devastating flood 10yrs ago. My husband and I spent 2hrs in what seemed at first to be a small museum. It is packed with fascinating objects and information leaflets going through both the history of the museum and of witchcraft. The entrance fee is very fair.... More

I went in the museum with our smaller dog (who was made to feel very welcome and he enjoyed the displays) whilst hubby (who is not interested in witchcraft) sat by the river with our larger dog and an icecream! Very impressed with the displays. So much information, so many interesting artefacts and I learnt a lot. Will definitely return... More

Amazing collections of artefacts, history and interest anecdotes and stories of the past and present in these realms. We spent a long while here looking, reading and learning and it is well worth the entry fee. Pleased to see that much of the museum has been restored after the floods.

This is one of my favourite museums. It is small but full to the brim of amazing artefacts and there is so much to read and absorb. There are folklore tales, traditional music, information on the occult and a history of local and national witchcraft. I have been a few times now and always see something new in this passionately... We really enjoyed this unique museum which seemed a mixture of folklore and disturbing history. the persecution of people thought to be a threat is explained very well. there is a lot to see and much commentary on the artefacts, so much in fact that this is certainly a place meriting several visits. we are not particularly interested in the... Have been visiting Boscastle for many years and that included this brilliant museum until the deluge of 10 years ago. This was our first visit since then as we were afeared of how the atmosphere may have changed.Fear not it is back from the waters stronger than before .This museum is astonishing. It has been presented with a passion that positively sparkles.So...
