Really wanted to go here whilst on holiday, but thought no-one else would want to. Teenage niece wanted to go, so jumped at the chance. She really wasn't sure whether she liked it, but it was very interesting, and provided as good insight into the history and use of witchcraft through the ages, and the persecution of those practising. It's... More

One of the most brilliant museums I ever went to. Though very specific in it's exposed material it is heaven (or hell?) for somebody interested in "the craft"? It had many original items on iet's exposition and covers such a broad range of witch-related subjects you can dwell in there for a month. It really deserves an aknowledgement, knowing what... More

This is a real gem of information..... full of old folklore and fascinating to learn about our rich history. loved The WiseWoman Cottage! Some of it a little gruesome in places so not all rosey but it is really an encyclopedia of our past. Well worth an hour of anyone's day....

I re-visited here after going as a kid about ten years ago. It is still packed with interesting and bizarre antiques. If you are willing to read all the information you can spend two hours looking around. It is very similar to how I remember it from my childhood but there is now information about the floods and damage caused.... More

This is a great place, so much history on all types of witchcraft. So much to see here with tons of artifacts and actual trinkets, so much info to read. My husband is not interested in witchcraft at all, unlike me but he still really enjoyed all he saw and learned here.

Went to the museum while visiting Boscatle. Was a nice little museum but I don't think it was worth the £14 we paid for the three of us. Some interesting artifacts and information. Little one enjoyed so that what really matters.

Liked it, but I think it worthes £3 and not £5. There are loads of things to see and read, many details everywhere, but anything impressed me too much.

The visit here was instigated by the kids, wasn't sure if it was my cup of tea. I offered to sit outside taking care of our four legged friend. The owner allowed us to take the dog in, so off I went.... To my surprise I found the museum very interesting. Lots of things to look at, lots of information... More

As a pagan I found this little museum to be packed with interesting, informative exhibits which seem to change every time I visit the museum. It brings to life our past history of men and women who were wrongly accused of witchcraft, much of which was rarely documented.
