Due to previous visits to Boscastle being out of season, I've had to wait to get in the Museum...but it was well worth it. Excellent place crammed full of stuff, enough information on the exhibits without being overloaded, all different aspects of witchcraft and other esoteric subjects presented in a factual unbiased way. We spent two hours looking around and... More

informative, interesting factual. if you want to see folk magic , old practices, his is the place for you. its not a 'thrill seekers' haven, its a traditional museum- probably not recommended for small children, due to the nature of some artifacts but an amazing place!!

A jam-packed Museum with all sorts of information, items and artifacts dealing with witchcraft. All the items are well described and lots of little tidbits about different aspects of witchcraft are given. Everything from herbs to spells, tarot and astrology. It was so much that I began to feel a little weary. By the time we left, I needed a... More

This was very interesting. Soooooo much to see so you need a couple of hours. Could scare some children but there was a mum and kids there while we were going round and they seemed more interested than scared.

I visited Boscastle as part of a week in Cornwall visiting various sights and attractions with my mother and our friend. Our friend had heard of this museum, and wanted to visit. I really wasn't that keen, and nearly didn't go, but I'm so glad that I did. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The price... More

Entrance fee is lower than most tourist attractions and the welcome we had was friendly and vibrant. Obviously a lot of love and attention has gone into this exhibit and it shows - it seems smaller from the outside but is packed full of information. Even if you're not interested in witchy stuff, this museum is worth a walk through... More

It is really interesting and well put together, the lovely girl on reception offered me O.A.P rates which made my heart twinge a bit, I know I've had a hard life and could probably get a starring role in the museum if you gave me a broom but OVER 65.....Botox here I come.

The museum is full of character and there is so much to see. It was good to see how the museum has been restored following the devastating floods 10 years ago. The entrance fee is more than reasonable and the whole experience is well worth it. To see everything allow at least 3 hours. There are some great gift ideas... More

It was lovely to see how well this building had been restored following the devastating flood 10yrs ago. My husband and I spent 2hrs in what seemed at first to be a small museum. It is packed with fascinating objects and information leaflets going through both the history of the museum and of witchcraft. The entrance fee is very fair.... More
