Fraisthorpe Beach is the continuation of the South Beach, and if you continue you will come to Barmston Beack. Care must be taken at this time of the year as the Barmston Drain ( which takes its waters from draining thevHolderness Plain ) comes smashing out across the Beach to discard its volume across into the sea . Fraisthorpe Beach... More

Went last summer and had a lovely day. There was a burger bar just off the beach which had unfortunately ran out of some things but all in all the whole family enjoyed it

Love this beach can have a nice long walk with the kids and dog. Beach is usually fairly clean too. Wouldn't recommend for sun bathing though

Brilliant quiet beach to take the dog out for a walk. Costs £2.50 in season to park for the full day and it's free out of season. Don't forget your coat and hat as it's usually quite windy!

Love this deserted beach. always clean and unspoiled. good for dog walkers. Its a long drive to get to it but there is a loo stop at a farm which asks for donations for charity and regularly raises over £1000. Also a mobile van for hot drinks and snacks. Also easy parking.

My dog loves this beach and it is Dog Friendly. You need a warm coat on though unless it is really warm as the wind blows all year long. Good for a paddle if the sea isn't too cold.

Not a beach for the kiss me quick brigade!! Isolated but within walking distance of Bridlington Wonderful for dog walking and if you have children there's just sea and sand although there are toilets close by Only downside in the summer months there is a small charge for parking

Was a fantastic few hours walk and we highly recommend visiting. The structures left from ww2 (I think) were fantastic.

I have been going to Fraisthorpe Beach for many a year and enjoyed its wide sandy beach wonderful surf and old World War 2 block houses. On a pleasant day this early October we went to take our one year old for an afternoon on the beach and enjoy the last of the year's sun. The road to the car... More
