Visited today with 3year old and friends. All had such a good day. Farm is small but well thought out, loads of activities and loved that the children really got involved. Little one loved bottle feeding lambs and calves, held a rat, rabbit and chick, pony rides and more. Didn't find it expensive, cafe was fantastic and can recommend the... More

An extremely well run family business that is well worth a visit. A good selection of farm animals. Activities running through out the day. Excellent cafe. All the staff are very friendly. Excellent playground. Very good value for money. Ended up buying an annual pass and so far this year we have been there most weeks. More

Bit expensive. Children loved seeing the animals and the hands on bottle feeding of new born lambs. Lots of small animals which is great. Childrens playground is great and has some really good elements to it. However, this is the one area where the smaller children had problems, and needed an adult to help them get on some things. Lots... More

Very well presented with something happening every 30 minutes to keep children's attention. Only disappointment was the cafe didn't seem as organised as it could be or big indoors in February half term. More

Visited 12.02.2012 for first and last time! No attempt to clear snow and ice from paths and concrete hard areas, hence not ideal for young children or elderly. Note previous comments about high cost, you should see the prices now! £8.75 adults and £7.50 for over 2 years old. With the Chicken Hut out-of-bounds and all outside activity areas not... More

Maybe we went on a bad day. The animals were lovely, of course, and the staff were very polite and helpful. But the cake in the cafe was definitely not fresh, harsher critics might say stale. There isn't that much to do here - it seems to be more kitted out for school parties. Overall we were disappointed. More
