I regularly visit the Light Cinema. Its a very modern and clean place and staff seem friendly. I've been the Vue in Birkenhead and to be honest it does not compare whatsoever.

I don't visit a cinema very often but when I do, it has to be this one. Extremely comfortable seats and plenty of legroom. good sound system, very relaxing experience.

Strange one this, I still love the cinema and use it at least once a month. However the prices are creeping up at an alarming rate and the food/drink prices are ridiculous. Also the once great staff seem to be getting replaced with some miserable specimines, the quality of the screens have become somewhat suspect with a couple of them... More

The Light Cinema is now our venue of choice. Easy parking, efficient staff, no booking fee and COMFY seats. Really enjoyed the new X Men movie here and we will definitely be back. There are a host of new restaurants/shops on this complex and we finished off with s stroll along New Brighton promenade.

Seats are so comfy and the place is air conditioned so on a rare chance it is HOT outside you are nice and cool inside. Staff are friendly but as with most of these places food and drink is a bit pricey.

The seats are like comfortable armchairs and there is plenty of footroom. I would say that it beats others on comfort.

The Light Cinema shows movies. Obviously. But the experience is more. It's situated in the middle of a number of great places to eat - Spanish, Mexican, Italian and regular types of places from pub grub to Subway. The cinema also offers 'eat and watch' deals so you can really make a night of it. The screens themselves are fabulous.... More

I go alot to this cinema, the ticket prices are not bad depending if you get a deal or if you watch 3d films. The glasses are £1. Perks are you can take your own food, pick you seat. Great helpful stff. I have been many times early with my son to watch £ 3 films.
