Been a few times now and really enjoy the walk, the kids love it and its pretty easy going but very up and down. The cafe is ok too for a drink and something to eat. Be aware though that because its National Trust and aren't a member you do have to pay for parking. More

Some very nice walks around the wooded sides of the crags. This made a pleasant change from yomping along moorland paths or hiking up stony paths to mountain tops. More
