Had a manicure done here. Was great. They also have a variety of homemade soaps to purchase and a great selection of coconut oil as well. Very helpful and friendly and willing to chat about their findings in San Juan. Family run and owned. More

I dislocated my shoulder (surfing) a couple days prior to Semana Santa '12 so I spent the entire Holy Week holiday resting and recovering. When we returned home (SJDS), I really wanted to find a massage therapist to help aid in my rehabilitation, but most importantly, one who knew what they were doing especially when it came to injuries! I'm... More

My boyfriend and I visited Katie yesterday afternoon after a long day of surfing in the hot sun. Back at home, we both work alongside massage therapists, so we get regular massage, and we agreed Katie is exceptionally gifted. It's easy to tell when someone really cares about their work and she most certainly does. She's also wonderful person and... More

Katie is an amazing massage therapist. I got a 60 min deep tissue and she worked out all of my tight trigger points (and boy did I have a lot of bad ones). Her story of how she sailed to Nicaragua was inspiring. The spa itself is nothing to write home about - but hey, it was $30 for an... More

We went to see Katie at the Bonnie Lassie Spa after reading about her massages on Trip Advisor. Both my wife and I had our own 65 min massages on our first day in SJDS and it was a great way to start our holiday. Very awesome massages and great price. We liked chatting with Ron the parrot and Katie's... More

Wow! Just had a 65 minute massage by Katie (owner) and it was amazing. Probably the best massage I've ever had. I like a stronger massage and Katie is quite capable of giving just that. She has lost of experience and can really feel what's going on with your body. Excellent value as her prices are very competitive. Store front... More

Katie really has a great technique for deep tissue that got to my tough spots in my upper back. I told her "most deep tissue either feels like a steamroller, or a butcher's knife, but you work like a skilled painter's brush!" Definitely one of the best I've ever had - just perfect to enjoy our time on the beaches.... More

Visiting San Juan del Sur with my daughter for a week meant getting a massage first thing to relax from stressful job. Starting with a massage from Katie was the best thing I could do for myself - it was the best massage and reflexology! I was mellow from head to toe and the coconut oil was a bonus for... More
