My son and I visited Lincoln Caverns this past summer when we were in the Raystown Lake area. The gift shop is nice, and the tour guides seem to be pretty well-informed. I haven't been in too many caves, but my son and I have toured a few of the last couple of years. This is well worth the visit,... More

I can honestly say that one of the highlights for my family and many others in the area on Halloween is attending Lincoln Caverns at Halloween!!! We went this year and once again found ourselves laughing at times along with the engaging "spirits" that direct you along the haunted cave tour, scared at other times as unsuspecting haunts jumped out... I recently visited Lincoln Caverns and had the pleasure to tour the caves during the "Haunted Hauntingdon" High School theme. it was FANTASTIC!! I was very taken by the well-informed tour guides (and their costumes), the elaborate Halloween decorations throughout the caves, and the length the staff went to making sure that the entire experience was truly "haunting". The "scary... More

So glad you enjoyed your visit! We have a great time planning and putting together each year's haunted tour. It is worth all the hard work when the tour comes together and our guests have a good time. Hope you can make it for our 30th Annual - Ghosts & Goblins 2013! More

While on our retrun trip from Gettysburg, we happened upon Lincoln Caverns, you can't help but see the signs along the way. We decided to stop but I really didn't have very high expectations, seemed like a tourist trap. Much to our surprise it was a great cavern experience & our Guide Mike was excellent. There are actually 2 separate... More

My father and I went to Lincoln Caverns as a last minute sidetrip instead of trying to drive to a different Cave that was much further from our location in the pouring rain. It was well worth it. When we arrived we had to wait a bit for the next tour but we wandered their huge gift shop while we... More

My daughter (10 yrs old) and I had a great time. The caves were amazing with multiple formations and some surprising illuminations (man made). Our guide (I believe her name was Missy) advised of being "new" to the job, but you would not have known it due to the amount of knowledge that she shared about both of the caves.... More

I'm not originally from the area so this attraction would not have been an experience for me as a child. My husband, however, is from the area and had never, ever been. My grandchildren were up for the summer and because of the weather I decided we should take them here. I easily ordered the family ticket pack online and... More

Just got back tonight from a trip there today. We had a great time! The caves were beautiful (especially the flow-rock formations). I read reviews when I got back from people saying "my ankles hurt" or "the steps are too steep"...You're in a cave!!! If you have bad ankles, why would you walk flights of steps into a cave??? $12.98/person... More
