First thing I noticed, having a bad back, was that between the very hard seats and the very bumpy ride, this probably wasn't for me. I had to brace myself the whole time. It also did not feel air conditioned and it was SO hot out. Although my daughter and I really enjoyed the history we heard, the gentleman doing... More

I've been on several trolley tours in the past. This was by far the most uncomfortable and cramped. The trolleys were supposedly air conditioned, but it was very warm inside, and the seats were narrow and hard--sitting on them for 45 minutes was too long. The actors on the tour did a fine job, and gave some good information, but... More

This was a very cute tour, less than an hour. Overall, a little pricey for the amount of time, but I would still recommend it if you have a sense of humor and appreciation for the corny stuff. My 5 and 6 year old did not quite fully engage, but they did like the songs they knew and of course... More

There was information to be learned from this Trolley Works Trip, but the way it was delivered is more suitable for either Elementary/Middle School level or senior citizens may get a kick out of it and the songs you sing. I would have rather had a regular trolley ride with an explanation of what happened where. Once was enough for... More

This tour was well done. I really like how they presented the history of the Hersheys. Very clever and informative.

We took the Hershey trolley tour, this was very informative and the staff that are on the trolley do a great job acting out the information and telling Mr. Hershey's life story. I learned a great deal and enjoyed the actors along the way. This is a must on your trip to Hershey!

One of the highlights of our senior's group bus trip to Lancaster, Pennsylvania was the trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania. We took the Hershey Trolleyworks tour and learned so much behind the man that started all the chocolate at "Hershey". Milton Hershey married Catherine and because of poor health, never had any children of their own. They opened up homes with... More

This was fun to do. You take a tour on a cute little trolley (air conditioned, which is nice on a hot day), led by actors in turn of the century costumes. It's part historical tour, part sing-a-long. It lasts about 45 minutes and you need to buy a ticket in advance at Hershey's Chocolate World. It's a great tour... More

My husband and I recently took the Trolley Works Tour While visiting Hershey, PA. What a wonderful tour, well worth the $12. The tour focused on the history of the founder, Milton Hershey and how Hershey came to be. Amazing facts I don't believe many people know. We had an excellent tour guide named STEPHAN. If you can get on... More

Very informative! The tour guide was lovely and quite knowledgeable! More fun for adults and older kids; my younger ones were restless half-way through the tour.
