Description: Hershey Trolley Works is based in Hershey's Chocolate World, and all of...
Hershey Trolley Works is based in Hershey's Chocolate World, and all of our tours start and end there. We offer sightseeing, chocolate tasting, historical explorations of the inspiring story of Hershey 364 days a year. During the summer and seasonal weekend of fall and Christmas, our format is a family friendly 45 minute show on the trolley where two actors bring the story to life in a uniquely entertaining way. We also offer a more in depth 75 minute excursion on the trolley, guided by one of our highly entertaining conductors throughout the spring and fall, with limited offerings in summer as well.

We took this trolley tour from Chocolate World and very glad we did. After a lot of walking in Hersheypark for the two days prior, it was nice to sit down and learn some interesting history in an entertaining way ! The tour took us through town and had two actors on the trolley to bring the history of Milton... More

would have been better if we could get off and walk around locations. Not worth the $$$. Actors were corny. My 4 year old liked it but teenager and adults not impressed.

This tour was amazing! I enjoyed the quirky, whimsical tour guides with their theatrical entertainment. They made the tour lively and fun. Our kids loved it because at each stop, they gave out CANDY! The only negative thing I would say about the tour is that we were not given any time to walk the grounds and take photos of... More

You don't have to be Mr. Rogers to take a fun trolley ride. We caught our trolley outside the Hershey tour and visitors center before going in to eat our lunch (and shop for Hershey goodies...) You will be taken on a fun open-car tour of Hershey and learn all kinds of interesting facts about Milton Hershey and his legasy... More

We visited in June and opted for the longer more historical tour. This tour was great, but we chose badly given that we were with our 9 and 7 year old daughters. This tour is much more geared toward adults who truly want to learn about Milton Hershey and the history of the Hershey company. In hindsight, we should have... More

There is a fee for this trolley ride. You get to see a few landmarks while on the ride. The tour guides are smart. I liked this ride because it introduced me to the man Milton Hershey. The tour is very informative about who Hershey was.

It is a perfect way to spend 45 min around Hershey, while learning about the history of the town and the life and charitable work of Milton Hershey. It is very entrtaining and the yound guides made it fun and interesting. What a great idea to add singing and piece of sweetness during the tour. We all loved it and... More

It was an Ok experience. Gained some knowledge on Milton Hershey and how he eventually built his chocolate empire. The tour guides knew there stuff but had some very "over acted" moments on there routine. Overall a must do since you're already there.

I've lived near Hershey my whole life and I still really enjoyed this tour. Being on the trolley is a unique experience. We brought my husband's out of town family here while they were visiting and they loved it too. You get an entertaining side story while hearing all about Milton Hershey's story and getting to see places (like Milton... More

Enjoyed the ride through Hershey very much. Points of interest and historical fun facts, along with humor, slapstick and singing as well as chocolate samples made it a lot of fun
