Inexpensive, and really sweet. Santa claus came on the trolley and gave all the kids gifts. Sang songs and jingled bells

The tour was very informative. Learned a lot about Milton Hershey and history in Hershey. The guide was good, however, he did repeat himself a few times. Loved the Hershey chocolate that they gave out during the tour. The trolley ride was ok. It is a trolley after all, so not very comfortable seats. I recommend that everyone do this... More

The Christmas Trolley skit was fun. Though I was a little disappointed in a 30 minute ride & no actual Christmas theme; such as decorations for this ride

We went in the fall so the amusement park is closed. No worries, lots to do. First a free ride to see the process of making chocolate, with a free kit kat bar at the end. We were then off to a trolley ride. The rise cost $15 for adults and probably most appropriate for older kids. Lots of history... More

Chocolate World draws you to Hershey, PA, but learning the history of the town and the story of Milton Hershey and his contributions complete the picture. The conductor guide narrates the tour with humor, interesting stories, historical facts, and rewards you with chocolate throughout. We felt it was well worth our time to do the tour.

We chose the Halloween trolley ride because it was the only time that worked for us but we are so glad we did. Shout out to The two Garys and Wilbur for putting on a great show. Wilbur's antics had us all cracking up!

this is well worth the few dollars it costs, you ride the trolley with a tour guided conductoress a trolley driver and a hilarious bumbling assistant. its a comedy and tour in one, you visit all the sites that make Hershey what it is and learn knowledge and history at the same time and at certain stops you get free... It is so unbelievably not entertaining. I realize, the "actors" are doing what they're instructed to do, but they are really, really bad. The script and schtick are outdated and just not funny. The songs????? What???? I thought we were on a hidden camera show. Its bad, you really need to update it or just stop it all together. My... More

Hershey Trolley Works is good, but not quite as I anticipated. I was expecting a historical tour, which is what I thought is was, its not. It was a show, historically oriented, with singing, and is for children, which of course is why families go to Hershey. Now I know that they do history tours in fall and spring, in... More

We went on the trolley ride last week end. It is 1 and a quarter hours long and well worth it. You learn about Hershey and the Milton Hershey School. We stopped at Founders Hall at the school which was very impressive. Our tour guide was excellent and provided a great deal of information about the Hershey company and it's... More
