This tour is really great, for adults and kids alike ! It is both Entertaining and informative and just the right length of time without overdoing it. There are a few fun surprises too. This tour leaves from in front of Chocolate World and is easy to do. I highly recommend this, you will see all of Hershey! even places... More

It was nice to get a guided tour of the town and surroundings. They promised lots of chocolate along the journey--not so much a few bite sized pieces didn't match to high price tag of the tour. I'd probably still recommend if you want to learn more of the Hershey history though.

We purchased the chocolate enthusiast package and this was included. Our driver John and tour guide George were terrific! George was very knowledgeable about everything Hershey. We boarded a trolley which is heated outside the entrance to Chocolate World. We drove around the Milton Hershey Schools, Hershey Mansion, factories and housing areas that was used years ago. Along the way,... More

This was a great way to learn about Milton Hershey and his contributions to the area. Our tour guide, Mary, was very enthusiastic and really seemed to enjoy giving the tour. Our driver, John, added to the experience. I had no idea how important Hershey was to this area and the people who live here.

We enjoy taking tours wherever we travel. This was no exception. The tour was affordable an easy to find. We boarded the half full trolley and found our seats. The driver introduced himself and told some tales. The conductor boarded and we were off. The banter between the two was pleasant. Many of the jokes they told were corney by... More

We took the Hershey Trolley Tour because it rained the day we were supposed to visit Hershey Park. It was an interesting tour and we learned fun facts about Milton Hershey. It could have been a little longer for the price or had they offered a AAA discount that would have helped. They did hand out some candy on the... More

Fun way to hear about the history of the Hershey family. The trolley could probably be a little more comfortable ... but it IS a trolley so its okay.

The tour was very interesting and entertaining. We went just before Thanksgiving so the trolley was decorated for the holidays and the guides were in Victorian dress. My 5 year old was with us which was the purpose of the trip. When we bought the tickets they asked us for his first name. After we left the Hershey School, Santa... More

Informative tour; could have added more about Mr. Hershey. For example, the fact that he and his wife had bought a ticket to sail home on the Titanic, but they left earlier on another ship. The tour actors were very good. Part of the tour is singing old-time songs. So, instead of looking around at the beautiful, historic homes and... More
