We went to the Giant Center to see the Hershey Bears hockey game. The Bears never disappoint. What a great game! The staff at Giant Center were friendly and helpful and kind.

I visited the Giant Center for a country concert, and I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, especially in the parking lot. I didn't get stuck in a ridiculous line of traffic like a lot of other concert venues.

Been to two country concerts here. Got in and out very quickly. Staff and ushers are very helpful and easy to find. Nice, clean, new building. Seats are comfortable. Definitely will return!

This arena is a great place to catch a show or a hockey game. Been there on several occasions to watch the local hockey team. Never had any kind of issues at all with the staff. They all seem to be very friendly and helpful. Plenty of options for food, and prices are reasonable for a minor league hockey team.... More

Went to see Stars on Ice and was seated two rows up from the ice rink. They had put a row of seats on the ice; the ushers on the ice need to get their act together - for the first 2-3 acts they kept coming in and out, walking, talking to each other and basically blocking the view even... More

Grounds team did a great job with snow removal. Arena was clean ticketing staff was friendly. However, my seat usher in Section 116 was quite rude. I guess if you don't understand the blood, sweat, and tears that go in to these young men reaching this level of competition, you wouldn't understand the emotions of the family and friends that... The concerts they host are always well organized and safe! We have been to multiple. The parking is easy, the lines are fast, and the over all security is reassuring.

Caught a Bears game recently. Nice clean venue with good hockey sightlines. Box office staff and other workers friendly and helpful. Excellent food choices with affordable prices (for sports venues). Crowd, in our section, was family friendly (no cursing, yelling, excessive boozing). Only issues we had ... the 200 seating section is somewhat confusing for us rookies. We ended up... More
