We were here for a Christmas concert and although it's a decent facility the upper levels steps and seats are extremely steep. So much so that your afraid to lean forward. On exiting a young lady with a fear of heights wouldn't attempt to walk down the stairs until everyone else had gone a head of her. I've been here... More

I've been here several times--mostly for Bears games, but once for a graduation ceremony. I've sat in both regular seats and club seats. The regular seating is tolerable, I have no complaints about it. The seats themselves feel cold in the winter, of course, but you're fine once you've been sitting awhile. The restrooms are always very clean. As for... More

i have been here several times to attend the Joyce Meyer Conferences. The venue is very good and has a limited amount of handicap seating, including wheelchairs. The only problem I have seen is the handling of the traffic at the end of each meeting. There are plenty of restrooms & food concessions available. There are never enough trained traffic... More

Everything went as planned. No surprises which is a good thing. Security was ridiculous but understandable for Kevin Hart. Great Show. 2 beers for 20 dollars was a little surprising but what can you do.

Of course the show its self was fantastic. The venue, was also adequate. I do wish the seating area had a little bit more leg room. I was continually being bumped buy the persons seated in front of me any time they put their arm around the person next to them. I will also add that it is best to... More

Ticket prices for Hershey Bears are excellent. Check the Hershey Bears website for ticket specials for most Sunday home games. Great place to watch a game. Word of advice: Don't buy food at the Giant Center and keep your kids out of the souvenir shop. The prices are no better than NHL arenas. Eat before you enter the arena.

Purchased tickets and they were not located based on the interactive map. Ordred section 119 row H seats 18, 19, and 20. According to the map the seat were above the Bears players but when I got to the game found out it was at the other end of the row away for the bench. False advertisement, I suggest fixing... More

Visited the Giant Center on Saturday December 26, 2015 for the Hershey Bears vs the Wilkes Barre Scranton Baby Penguins. What a beautiful Arena! Great seats 5 rows from the ice. A very enjoyable evening even though the Penguins lost.

Great sightlines, great arena food, and friendly staff pretty much sums up the Giant Center. Go to a Hershey Bears game and watch hockey the way that it's intended. Every seat is close to the action and has a great view.

We went to see a hockey game and were able to enjoy a good game. The prices are extremely high and the charge for parking is quite high. We were told that all the money from parking goes to the township. Felt we were really taken.
