Concerts are great

The concerts they host are always well organized and safe! We have been to multiple. The parking is easy, the lines are fast, and the over all security is reassuring.

Caught a Bears game recently. Nice clean venue with good hockey sightlines. Box office staff and other workers friendly and helpful. Excellent food choices with affordable prices (for sports venues). Crowd, in our section, was family friendly (no cursing, yelling, excessive boozing). Only issues we had ... the 200 seating section is somewhat confusing for us rookies. We ended up... More

Went to a few hockey games and always have a good time. Also an excellent view of the ice! The Bears are affiliated with the Washington Capitals of the NHL. The average hockey game is 2-1/2 hours. Cost depends on how you purchase the tickets. On line cost is $27 - $39 taxes included. At the box office advanced purchase... More

We went to a Hershey Bears game on a Friday night, and were so hppy with our experience. Great Box Office Staff that helped with tickets when we calle ahead. The concessions were better than many other venues of this size, offering different food choices besides te standard hotdog, pizza, pretzel options. The ushers in the section were eve extremely... I came here recently for a Bear's game and had a great time. I was seated one row up from the ice, but I've sat much higher up in the past. I can't say I've ever had a bad seat, and it's easy to get around the place. The food has always been good, even though it's too expensive, and... More

Saw the Hershey Bears. Used to NHL hockey, so this was much more cozy with better food prices. Bought tix at box office, but can find deals on Craigs List or Ebay. Less so on Stub hub, but might get lucky. Go see a game! You'll sit close to the ice for a low price.

Been here for Bears games, even got to play hockey here! Not a bad seat in the house, no obstructed views! Always an animated and lively crowd! Actually a better (and cheaper) experience than an NHL game

When Giant Center opened in 2002, it became home to the most storied team in the AHL. The then 8 time champs would go on to win 3 more cups in Giant Center. Because of this, the passion for the Bears is strong, no quiet "why am I here?" fan in this arena. Instead it fills up (always a crowd... More

We visit a few times each season to watch the Bears. There's not a bad seat in the house. Friendly and helpful staff and plenty of decent food available. We haven't encountered any obnoxious fans either. It's always been a pleasant experience
