Description: Tröegs Brewing Company was founded by Chris and John Trogner. Since 1997...
Tröegs Brewing Company was founded by Chris and John Trogner. Since 1997, the brothers have been handcrafting world-class beers that combine traditional English brewing techniques with the eclecticism of new American brewing. While only available in the Mid-Atlantic region, Tröegs Brewery is known nationwide for their award-winning Troegenator Double Bock, highly-desirable seasonal releases like Nugget Nectar and The Mad Elf, and brewery-only beers like the Scratch and Splinter series. Tröegs Brewery in Hershey, Pennsylvania provides guests with a complete brewing experience. The brewhouse is located in a 5,000 square foot tasting room that opens onto a beer garden. Visitors are able to observe the brewing process firsthand, and take a self-guided tour along a window-lined hallway for a close-up view of the entire brewery.

Signed up easily online for the brewery tour. Very nice tour of the factory and brewery process. Got to sample beer in the various stages of fermenting. After the tour, visited the tap room, which had a comfortable atmosphere with great beer and an unusual foodie array of snacks and small meals. We have been back a few times since... More

Food is farm to table, upscale and delicious. My two year old's quesadilla had homemade tortillas. I had the pretzel and it was so big it had to be served on a pizza plate! The prices for what we got so reasonable I will be coming here every time I am in Hershey.

The tour was mediocre. We then went into the tasting room and had a really good experience with the server and the beer. Food choices were limited and weird.

We took our children, 5 and 8, out to hershey to celebrate the older one's birthday. After a long drive and kid activities, we needed an adult hour. Troegs was the place. We were hesitant at first to bring the kids there but it was fantastic. There's an outdoor eating area, kid's menu and great beer. I highly recommend it,... More

My fiancé and I are craft beer enthusiasts. We've visited here once before just for dinner and took a self guided tour. While on our vacation this past week, we decided to book a tour in advance. We've been to a few before, but this tour was AWESOME. It's $5 for a fur and tasting, which is great. Our tour... More

Good beer and good food. The wait staff is also very excellent. You also need to try their seasonal dessert. It also appears to be kid friendly.

This place is great for what it is, but good to be prepared before you go. It is open seating, so you need to find a seat and will likely be sitting with other people. Essentially, there are no wait staff, so be prepared to get your own beer from the bar and food from the snack bar. If you... More

Absolutely loved trying the different beers. Casual, easy going, super friendly, and very helpful. Try the popcorn, perfect little snack with the beer, but not your basic popcorn at all. I enjoyed the pale ale and the Dreamweaver.

We stopped by on a recent trip to Hershey. The reason for 4 and not 5 is the self guided tour. We had our two kids with us and had to do the self guided tour. I wish they had had qr codes for all the steps like they did for the bottling. That one video was short but interesting.... More

This place is so great. They make the beer and the food is soooo former but on a level where it is make expressly to go with the beer. Try the heffy, it has a slight taste of cloves and bananas.
