This was a very nice brewery, however, if you want the private tour, book early. It fills up quickly. The restaurant was very good also.
We went for their cookout on the patio and tour in October and had a great time. The food was incredible. We really enjoyed the tour and tasting afterward. Don't forget to get a growler of beer to go!
We did not take the guided tour. We tasted several beers and took quite a bit home! The self paced tour is small and not as informative. We saw the guided tour going into areas that we couldn't get to, so I think the $5 tourwould be well worth it. Reserver your tour spot early! They sell out quick (especially... More
Great time with family. Tour very interesting and informative. Guide knew her stuff and made tour entertaining. Good food. Would recommend to friends
This is the place to go for great craft beer. Atmosphere is great. Usually crowded on weekends. Usually stop when we are in the area for some great beer. Need more parking area.
My wife and I stopped there this past weekend and foudn the place quite busy. We were able to get a sampler flight of beers and great food. Large portions of tasty food. Great atmosphere for any type of group to enjoy. Gift shop has lots of items for sale. Next time we will do the brewery tour.
During my stay in Harrisburg, we decided to make the short trek to Hershey. Troegenator has always been one of my favorites, so I decided to visit the place of its origin. I was not disappointed. The self-guided tour provides enough info to keep the expert interested and the novice intrigued. The food at the "snack bar" was unique and... More

But, for vegans or vegetarian they changed the menu and it's not vegetarian friendly anymore. No longer is there a bean taco. They say you can request a menu item to be vegan but come on, do you... Great environment. Always have different scratch beers to try. Food is very good and is upscale "snackbar" style. Gift shop has great merchandise and can mix 6 packs to go. The only con is it closes around 10 PM.
Visiting the Troegs brewery is worth the trip to Hershey. The brewery has a full bar and a restaurant that serves some pretty good food. The bar also has some exclusive tap options that you will not find anywhere else. The only problem is that families sometimes bring their kids there and kind of ruins the atmosphere. There are two...
