Description: Tröegs Brewing Company was founded by Chris and John Trogner. Since 1997...
Tröegs Brewing Company was founded by Chris and John Trogner. Since 1997, the brothers have been handcrafting world-class beers that combine traditional English brewing techniques with the eclecticism of new American brewing. While only available in the Mid-Atlantic region, Tröegs Brewery is known nationwide for their award-winning Troegenator Double Bock, highly-desirable seasonal releases like Nugget Nectar and The Mad Elf, and brewery-only beers like the Scratch and Splinter series. Tröegs Brewery in Hershey, Pennsylvania provides guests with a complete brewing experience. The brewhouse is located in a 5,000 square foot tasting room that opens onto a beer garden. Visitors are able to observe the brewing process firsthand, and take a self-guided tour along a window-lined hallway for a close-up view of the entire brewery.

Went to the new brewery for the fist time last week and was really excited to see the full menu of scratch beers on tap. All the beers I had were Excellent. Nuggetzilla, Coffee Stout, and the Lager were in deed Excellent. My friends and I had a great time. The only disappointment was that they had NO scratch beer... More

I live locally and have been to Troegs numerous times but never reviewed. If you are a beer drinker, they don't sell anything else, give it a try. Everything from stouts, wheat, ales, Pilsner to their seasonal brews. There's a store to buy beer or like us buy a growler and take some home! They sell food too, I've posted... More

This brewery was alive with sensual stimulation. The sleek stainless of the brewing tanks gave off a modern vibe. The brews were simply a feast for the pallet. The food was a culinary delight with offerings for every taste. The gift shop sold unique gifts with brewery images on some. The house brews were available for purchase. I fell in... More

Looking for nice atmosphere, good food and great beer then head to Troeg's. Not your normal bar/pub as there are no tv's, pool tables or video games but a perfect place to eat, drink and socialize with friends and family.

Made our second visit to Troegs while stopping in Hershey for the evening. The place was very busy for a Thursday night, but they have parking attendants that helped with parking. We tried the beer flight which allowed us to sample 6 of the year round beers. We liked some better than others, myself liking the pale ales, and my... More

The Troeg's Brewery is a fun visit even if you don't like beer! The tour is very affordable and is very interesting! The food is fantastic- plan on spending at least 2-3 hours there!

What a deal! Free self guided tours of the brewery or $ 5 for guided tours. If you have the time schedule a guided tour. Call and be sure to make reservations, they only take 10 on a tour. Very informative about the beer making process. We sampled 5 beers as we toured and was given a free beer glass... More

We stopped to pick up some gifts to take home to friends. The tour was interested, food smelled wonderful but we didn't have time to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stopped for a few samples of the beer. really enjoyed the seasonal "Mad Elf". Also had some food at the brewery which was very good. The place is huge with plenty of seating and a nice view of the brewing operations. You can also get beer growlers filled by their high tech filling machine. Nice family environment.

My husband and I took the guided tour - so worth the $5! You get to see the whole process, taste beer along the way (I think we tried 5 kinds), and you get a souvenir glass at the end. Definitely do it! Had lunch at the tasting room after. We were there at midday Friday so no issues with... More
