I love a good day at the spa and my favorite spa in the country is def this one! The spa itself is very spacious. There is an aromatheraphy room, a reading room, sauna, balconies overlooking the hotel's beautiful gardens, and the best complimentary hot chocolate. I've gotten a chocolate milk bath and a cocoa massage. My therapist did a... more

We recently returned from three wonderful days at the Hotel Hershey and the amusement park. There were 15 of us in all--5 adults, 9 children (ages 15 - 4) and 1 infant. We rented one of the new, six bedroom cottages at the hotel. The cottage was beautiful--huge, marble bathrooms for each bedroom, two great rooms, and large porches and... more

I visited the Chocolate Spa for my birthday this year (June 16th). I must say that every time I come here, I have the best time! The services are wonderful and the employees are great! more

I received top notch service and services at my spa day. I enjoyed the facilities. One could easily spend a half day with, not including whatever services you buy. When you book you are encouraged/allowed to spend time before or after at the spa. We diecided to go early to relax before our services. We went to the dry sauna,... more

My least favorite parts of the spa were the actual treatments I paid for...eyebrow wax (technician burned my skin in one spot), and my hot stone "massage". This is in quotes because it basically consisted of about 20-30 minutes of placing stones in places on my body, and then the other 30-40 minutes where I was slathered with oil and... more

My review is of the Hershey Spa Salon - I have had facials, massages, pedicures, etc. I expected the same quality from the salon...I booked an appointment for Highlights to continue my Jennifer Anniston looking hair (my hair is naturally dark but with good care and good colorist has been looking great with lighter color and highlights), the result HORRIBLE.... more

This was my first spa experience and I really only went because my husband got me a gift certificate for Valentine's Day. I had a hard time just picking one thing to do at the spa (which is all the gift certificate would have allowed), so I decided to splurge and do the half day spa experience since it was... more

I thought that the experience at the spa at hershey was horribly overpriced. I had money in gift certificates (and lots of them $! )and more in cash. You would've thought that the enirely pompous front desk guy named Eric had been asked to explain to me kinetic energy when I was "cashing out". Without wasting my time, let's wrap... more

The massage therapist I had was good, but it is a bad value. I had the "cocoa" massage, but the only cocoa is that the products they use are cocoa based. I was expecting more. They have a sign in the "relaxation" lounge that because they care about the environment, they have done away with single serve water bottles, but... more

I went the Spa at the Hershey Hotel while at a business conference. I have been to a number of spa's before, both good and bad. The facilities were very nice and the check-in process was quick. Once check-in they escort you to the lockers which is located outside of the main entrance(check-in) of the Spa. So you have to... more
