We visited April 2014 while we were in Hershey, PA. This is a pretty small zoo and not too many animals to see, but it's better than nothing. I really loved the wild cats. We also got to see a peregrine falcon feeding on a carcass...really cool. The lizard/reptile exhibit was nice. Who doesn't enjoy venomous snakes...as long as they... More

This Zoo is small compared to stand alone Zoos. They do have all the major animals there, nice walking paths and shaded areas. Helpful staff is a plus.

Most of the animals were in small cages and didn't look like they were very well cared for. Some of the exhibits were empty.

I love the zoo and the visit to the park as well. The only thing I don't like was the long lines. I drive from Rochester, NY and I have to wait too much to get into the rides.

If you are expecting lions, tigers and bears, this is not your type of zoo. The zoo does feature bears, but it is important to understand the type of animals this zoo offers before adding it to your attraction itinerary. Only animals native to North America are featured. It is a great value when combined with your Hersheypark ticket or... More

There are a bunch of animals, exhibits and a gift shop. There are animals from all over North America, you can see them, some can be touched, you can learn their history and there is a lot to do. Neat for the kids.

I try to visit Hershey Park yearly and when I do, I also stroll through ZooAmerica. They only house animals found in North America. The suggested route takes you through the entire zoo and is a nice stroll and break from the park. Some if the enclosures seem a little small, but overall not too bad. The animals don't look... More

We got to go into the zoo part of the park and it was so nice. Problem is I went in late November. It was so cold. Loved everything we went and saw in Hershey, Pa. The animals some of them were so exotic. I would go again and take my kids.

The zoo may be smaller than some of the big zoo's around, but they have so much to offer and see. We found some keepers to talk to, enjoyed seeing so many of the animals up and about in the middle of the day. We had fun watching the ducks go up and down the waterway, some struggled a little...
