Nice unless the animal isn't in plain view

Large Zoo, very confusing without the map. Many of the animals were not in sight when you were viewing their cage which was kind of annoying.

Once inside the Hershey Park you can access this for free. It gives you a suggested route or path but animals are easy to see from any location

If you've been to a nice zoo like Turtleback in West Orange NJ than this one seems a bit sad and lacking. A lot of the exhibits either didn't have the animal or you couldn't see anything. You can do the zoo in a few hours at most. Stops where they are supposed to bring animals out yielded nobody at... More

What a nice little zoo. The whole family went in the morning, and we really liked it. Since this zoo a larger trees it provides shade, and makes for more of a jungle feel. With older kids we were able to do the whole zoo in about 2 hours. I would think it would be great for little kids as... More

My family and I visited the zoo separate from the park, so we paid admission. $40ish for the 4 of us (2 adults, 3 and 5 y/o). Worth the money. The kids enjoyed the animals and there was plenty of space for them to run out their kid energy. They really enjoyed feeding the ducks and pressing pennies. There weren't... More

We briefly went in here on 8/22/15 while visiting Hershey park. I didn't realize we left Hershey park right away. We saw a few exhibits and went back to the park. They had a show going on where they talked about only having animals native to the us.my daughter loves elephants, zebras, and giraffes so I realized we wouldn't see... More

Animals from around the U.S. If you can get past the small cages, it was surprisingly interesting. Otters were a highlight!

gloriasart, Thank you for visiting ZooAmerica and providing input on your experience. ZooAmerica is a great place to entertain and educate children at the same time. We hope the walk wasn't too stressful--and perhaps tired the children out a bit so they got to bed earlier! We hope you'll bring everyone back for another visit. General Manager, Hersheypark More
