I visited Hershey Gardens as part of a trip to Hershey with my 5 year old daughter. The gardens were beautiful and my daughter especially enjoyed the butterfly house and the activities in the children's garden. It's located on a hill near the Hershey Hotel so the view is nice. We'll definitely return next time we're in the area. As... more

We spent a lovely July morning walking through Hershey Gardens. It sits on a hill overlooking the town and the amusement park. If you like to walk and look at beautiful gardens, thousands of roses, and an arboretum this is the place for you. The Butterfly House is enchanting. Many wonderful photo opportunities. more

We had some hesitation about going but truly enjoyed the experience. The flowers were beautiful, the Butterfly House was one-of-a-kind, and the Children's area was entertainment for the children. The only setback was parking seemed limited and there was little shade on a hot day. more

Although I'm not into flower gardens too much, I thought my wife would be interested in seeing Hershey Gardens during a recent stay in Pennsylvania. I was actually very impressed. The gardens are very well kept with thousands of flowers and other plants set on multiple acres. It is very pleasant to walk through the entire site. They also have... more

The Butterfly House is a seasonal attraction located within Hershey Gardens from spring until fall. We thoroughly enjoyed the Butterfly House the most while visiting Hershey Gardens. They are such beautiful, colorful, and delicate creatures, and having the opportunity to be surrounded by them was so memorable. There were probably about 20 different types of butterflies in the house. The... more

we took our kids, ages 4 and 7 to Hershey, and we were told that Hershey Gardens had a fantastic children's area by someone who worked at Hershey, and the reviews here were positive. We weren't able to do the big theme park that day, so we drove over to the gardens, looking foward to visiting the butterfly house in... more

We thought of this as just a nice side trip for an hour or so to kill some time. We were very surprised. Our kids had a blast here. We wondered through the gardens and spend hours in the children’s area. The butterfly house was wonderful and the children’s garden was priceless. We took lots of amazing photos and enjoyed... more

To anyone out there living close to Hershey, A great day trip to the Hershey Gardens is a must. I visited September 2 with my daughter and two grandaughters. The butterfly house was so cool and a stroll around the gardens was better than sitting in front of a computer or TV anyday. more
