I've been several times in past year but kept missing out on the Butterfly House. It was worth the wait. It was a very warm day and the 'flight attendants' (the volunteers) commented how much more active the butterflies are when it is warm than when it is a bit cooler. No kidding. They were all over the place. Several... More

My husband and I spent a lovely afternoon touring the Hershey Gardens. The flowers were beautiful, especially the roses. The path meanders around the property and leads you to the Butterfly building. This was my favorite par! The variety of butterflies was extensive and they were quite brilliant.

Every year the gardens seem to become more beautiful. Walking through them is restful and relaxing. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful place! I wish they offered a small café or something to sit and enjoy some drinks and/or snacks. Butterfly gardens were really awesome!

Since we stayed at the Hotel Hershey we got free tickets to this on site garden, and we had a nice time. They are building a new enclosed Conservatory, so there is construction noise and view. The butterfly house was our favorite. Lots of butterflies and they give you a chart to help identify the butterflies. It is in natural... More

We visited on a warm, sunny July day, but there was enough shade along the way to help us along. If you do the same, pick up a loaner umbrella on the path to the main entrance and buy a cold drink before you start the walking trail. All the flowers and trees are conspicuously labeled and gave us great... More

The are building conservatory now. Cohen it is finished in 2016, the view will be improved. However, the garden is beautiful especially the rose garden area. The names of the roses are clearly written and it is a perfect view to take a picture with the hotel background. There is a butterfly house and we were given a sheet which... More

We went here on a hot summer day and that was a bad idea. The sun just drained out our energy. But the butterfly house revived us! The butterfly house was small but nice and it has a lot of butterflies. It was fun trying to identify them via the chart we were provided. There are so many roses and... More
