Particularly the pre-visit. We drive up on a Thursday night, visit the park preview hours, pay for parking which is good for next day return, and spend the whole day there Friday, going home afterward. We find the park family friendly, the visitors to the park the same, and have never had an issue in-park. Kids love the Chocolate World... More

Best amusement park I've ever been to! First visited when I was a kid in 1973 and have been many times through the years. We have wonderful memories of our annual visits with my sister and our children through their teen years. So much fun!

Just as I remembered it but better than when I was 8 years old! A lot of water rides! Wear a bathing suit under your clothes. A lot of roller coasters and cool rides. Bring a water bottle with you. Saves you a lot of money at the park!

This is a nice, clean, great place for the family. It is about a 4 to 5 hour drive from NYC area, but a nice place for younger and older kids. It has a nice mix of rides. You do need to stay overnight, if you drove 5 hours there....unless you really like driving.

How can you not love an amusement park centered around chocolate. Hershey's founder Milton Hershey first created this park for the employees of his company and later opened it to the public to enjoy. The park has rides for both kids and adults to enjoy. With paid admission ZooAmerica is available to explore. ZooAmerica is the Hershey Park zoo and... More

Hershey Park is okay if you have little kids... 12 and under...but it IS expensive and you may find a better time and value if you do some research and even MORE $$$ if you plan on staying overnight. They also began charging for entrance into Chocolate World itself. Inside the park, many of the rides are for younger kids.... More

Living so close to Hersheypark, I have been able to visit many times - and have been an All Season Pass holder for 5 years. There is so much to do at the park, from great rides for all different age groups, an awesome & relaxing waterpark, entertaining shows, and an interesting Zoo experience. The most important tip I can... More

Something for everyone. Rides for all ages. Shows for most. Roller coasters for those who love them. Great kid rides. Take your own water bottle to refill or lots of cash. Get there early, take a break in the afternoon & stay until close. Don't pay full price at the gate. Get tickets at Giant Foods or other places. Don't... More
