Great Place for the Family But They Don't Take Cash!

We love Waldameer. It's clean, fun, not too pricey. Their waterpark is wonderful - and I am VERY critical of waterparks. It's the cleanest I've ever been to. It has a good variety... read more

We love Waldameer. It's clean, fun, not too pricey. Their waterpark is wonderful - and I am VERY critical of waterparks. It's the cleanest I've ever been to. It has a good variety of slides but is still small enough that we feel safe letting our preteens go off on their own and check back in periodically. The rides are... More

I took my 6 year old here for an afternoon. He had a blast. First thing I loved was that I did not have to pay to get in since I was not riding. Second thing was that the all day ride band for the park (not the water rides) was only $16.50 for kids under a certain height. The... More

Went to Water World first for a couple hours. Kids had a good time. Park is not real large, but we went around the park & until the kids rode all the age appropriate rides, played some games & ate, it was after 7 PM. The only pay if you play isn't totally true. If you want to supervise your... More

The kids really enjoyed themselves. The price was very good, you did not have to pay if you are not riding. Also they give a nice senior citizen discount.

Took our 4yo and our 2.5yo for 5 hours! Wonderful in the evening. Our youngest is 37" so he could ride almost every ride. They had the time of their lives and we had fun riding w them! Compared to a local fair much better savings and the park is clean and beautiful. Nice Picnic areas and train ride

I wanted to meet up with a friend and also wanted a place for kids to play around. Its a small theme park with a some small rides and a water park too. Not that crowded during the weekend. The water park has a few slides, hot tub. Enough changing rooms, lockers etc. Price is reasonable $28 for unlimited use... More

Sadly, waldameer is good because it is the only option around. If you don't wanna drive three hours away to a six flags then waldameer will be just fine. Its not real big which makes it nice for children. Its the perfect place to go for a one day trip to the amusement park/water park. We spent most of our... More

Tuesday June 25, 2013 we took a day and went to Waldameer Park. My children ages 4 and 6 and myself. The park is easy to find your way around. I purchased combo tickets to allow me to ride and my children to ride and use the water park. The water park and main park had rides for all ages... More
