Found this park thru my eye dr. It is great. Affordable, clean, fun. Has both water world, and rides. You are not gonna beat the price, anywhere. We extended our trip to two days, spending the second at prequel park, many nice beaches. This year we are staying 3 days. For some unknown reason this attraction IS NOT OPEN ON MONDAYS and they do rent the entire park to private parties and should you show up during one of those events you are turned away, we showed up on a Monday..... One would think they would be open 7 days a week in the summer to attract as much $... More

We come here once a summer. The rides are classic and remind me of my childhood days at Geauga Lake in Ohio. It's smaller and kid little kid friendly. Hope it doesn't change!

My daughter goes to this park several times a year with her YMCA camp group and she begged me to go along with her, so we invited my sister and nieces along for the day. We packed a huge cooler and was able to bring it in to the park and leave it at a table, like we used to... More

I for one love Erie and all of its very interesting attractions. Waldameer makes everyone in the family happy. Also it is great for both older kids and younger ones too!

One of the absolute best family amusement parks in the country. They do not, I repeat, do not gouge the people visiting the Park. You can actually buy (Grandparents) tickets for only those rides you want to go on. Clean. happy, cheerfull. The best that you would hope for.

I have lived in Erie all my life and have enjoyed Waldameer as long as I can remember. The park has really grown and continues to do so. If you plan to visit frequently, the season pass is worth the money. I don't go to Waldameer very often but it is an enjoyable place if you ask me. Nice that... More

I highly recommend Waldameer Park. very clean, and, since I do not ride the rides anymore, I did not have to pay to get in. which to me is a bonus. even parking is free---so this is family friendly for sure. doesn't cost you an arm and a leg before you even get through the gate.----actually, you can walk around...
