My wife and I visit many casinos in the northeast and Presque Isles Downs and Casino has to be the worst. We went for a 3 day weekend trip and went home a day early. The power went out one day while we were on the elevator. No announcement or contact while we were in the elevator to assure us... More

We try to visit the casino at least once a month. The staff are always very courteous and keep the place neat. The midnight Backstretch Buffet is worth it! Even when we come out on the loosing end, it's still a good time.

I have frequented this establishment many times. For gambling it is ok. Hope you all have better luck than I do as I never seem to win. I have tried the buffet several times, hoping each time that the food is better but it isn't. Seems it is all premade and heated. Bland. Many people have told me that the... More

I have been to many casinos across the US and this one needs help. Start with comps, they do not comp good. After spending tons of money you can't even get a free buffet. I agree with former poster who said they get all the old machines that nobody wants. It gets very boring. The smoke is unbelievable in non-smoking... More

Just an average, small casino. This is where all the old slot machines go. They must get them from other casinos who get rid of them. Ok for a quick visit, but gets boring pretty quickly.

This is a very nice casino, but not quite as large as the urban casinos I have visited. There is a huge parking lot, a nice selection of slots, some table games, and a few restaurants to choose from. It is all alone on it's exit, so there is no competition. If you want to eat or shop elsewhere you... More

After dozens of trips here I still find it hard to enjoy myself. Drab atmosphere and smoking and non-smoking sections are intermingled in main casino although there is a total non-smoking room with mostly just slots. Outside of Canada, I have never been to a venue where they charge for drinks although I hear W, Va. is the same because... More

In February went with friend for Presqur's Birthday celbration. They had a candy table, cupcakes, tables to sit and have dinner, a drawing every half hour for prizes. Couldn't wait till April for my Birthday. Well went yesterday, walked in stalled cupcakes, and you had to pick a card out of a tub. My said "Sorry" cant believe they couldnt... More

Although this Casino is second or third rate compared to Vegas, Atlantic City or Tunica. The Poker Room is well managed and beautifully positioned ,with upper floor outdoor view over the Horse track. The Casino itself is Smalltown feel and themed for Liverpool Ohio. They missed the Presque Isle Concept by using gangster instead of Lake Erie as a theme.... More

I just stopped in to get a players card, I collect those for fun, and play any free $ that might be thrown my way. I was there about an hour, played several games including a fun big game hunter slot machine (slots and shooting? woohoo!) on their $10 and $7 from the hotel voucher, got a soda from wait... More
