Ok, so you go to a place that advertises trolley tours and you think you're going to get to go around on a trolley. NOT SO! Traffic over the years and a couple of close calls convinced the trolley people to keep the trolley stationary, and have a very informative video narrated live by a tour guide. While it may... More

We knew ahead of time that this was going to be virtual tour so we were not disappointed in that respect. Our "guide" did a very nice job of describing the surrounding areas. It was a one hour video tour of the Delaware Water Gap. I will say if you have children they will most likely be bored with the... More

I thought that I would not enjoy a virtual tour, but much to my surprise, it was very informative. I was told by the guide that views of certain attractions were not viable from the street. It was nice to just sit inside an original trolley for the tour. I learned a lot about Delaware Water Gap. Ann Kroh-Hughes

The virtual tour was just an advertising gimmick for 1 hr just plugged all advertising for places to eat, shop and canoeing oh yeah brewery as well. Guide was nice enough but couldn't answer any historical questions. Don't waste your time or money on tour - my husband and I were impressed just wanted it to be over quickly.

Thank you for your input. We do believe in truth in advertising. Our Website, Rack Card and Trip Advisor description all mention that we point out some Must See and Do Local businesses. Most of our customers are Tourists and we feel it is important to try and recommend area places to visit...some of which have their own unique history.... More

What was once a real trolley ride which gave an overview of the area is now a virtual tour. You now sit in an air-conditioned/heated trolley and there is a guide giving you information while you watch a large screen TV. I believe it is a little pricey for what it provides, however, it would be interesting for a first... More

There is no trolley ride! We wanted to start our day with an overview of the area. The woman at the ticket counter gave several reasons why the tour is now virtual. However, we didn't want to spend $28.00 for four adults to watch a video presentation in a parked trolley. We went to the State visitor center. They gave... More

Since the beginning of this new approach to the Tour we have done our best to stress that it is a virtual Tour. None of our advertising refers to it as a ride. Perhaps when I was explaining it at the window you missed that there would be a Live Tour Guide giving the presentation? He is a long time... More

I made a special trip to take the trolley ride only to find out that the trolley doesn't leave the parking lot and you take a "virtual" tour. I had a coupon for $1 off so it was $7. I gave her a $20 and she returned $6. I said this is wrong and she said it is $7 a... More

First my apologies for assuming there were 2 people...you're right it was a big mistake and I'm afraid that spoiled the rest of your visit with us. The main reason for doing the Virtual tour is for safety. Traffic over the last several years has become a serious problem. We are doing our best to continue a tradition of giving... More

Learned a lot of interesting facts about the Delaware Water Gap. I would recommend anyone who was a first time visitor to the Delaware Water Gap taking this trip. The guide tried to make the trip interesting and since he was a life long resident of Delaware Water Gap he knew more interesting facts that a resident of anothe state... More

My wife and I went on this virtual tour and it was well worth the $7.00 admission, which includes a game of mini-golf. A few people did not board after finding out that the bus is stationary but the tour guide is really good at giving you insights into all of the attractions at the Gap. This is very important... I went on the new virtual tour on opening day. It was much better than I expected. The trolleys now remain stationary and a guide talks guests through a high definition video tour of the area. Rather than pointing to sites as they did when the trolleys were on the road, they use the video to travel into buildings such... More

Thank you for your recent visit to the All New Water Gap Trolley Experience. Our approach to this long time Pocono Attraction allows for a much more informative, comfortable and safer tour. We are now able to show and discuss sites we have not been able to before...up close! The 4 interviews are also new to the presentation this year.... More
