Not worth fighting the Philadelphia traffic to get here. Signage getting out of parking was difficult. Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon and the property was really busy. Very warm inside. I've never seen so many people sitting at slot machines and not playing. Soft drinks are free however no one ever replenished the cups therefore no beverages. Found some... More

I visited harrahs because they told me on the phone that they would be showing a big boxing match that I had wanted to see. They also said they would reimburse the hotel room in slot dollars. Both were lies. Casino is pretty awful. If you are considering a casino in the Philadelphia area I would recommend Parx or Sugar... More

Now that Atlantic City is pretty much a dead issue for gambling, due largely to competition in Pa and NYNY, the industry turns to the newer, technologically interesting facilities that have contributed to AC's demise. The Harrrah's casino in Chester (airport area Philly) when combined with the Harness Race Track adjacent makes for a terrific way to blow an afternoon... More

This places is so dirty and unsafe I wouldn't recommend It. Even in the parking garage your taking your life in to your hands and the security is a joke, 1 guy riding a bike not doing anything but talking.

I go to Harrah's in Chester because it is convenient. Used to go to the one in A.C. a lot, like it much better there. The buffet in Chester casino is horrible! Also the upstairs restaurant is not too good, mostly carbohydrates and lousy desserts! As for the "free drinks" forget it! You get a plastic cup with mostly all... More

I have been here a few times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A few games they have are new and up to date but I like older slots and they do not carry them. Delaware park has about a dozen older games. Trying to hit for anything here, I have found to be very hard. After being there... More

I play video poker and this Harrah's has the best variety and odds of any Harrah's I've been to. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. On top of that, you can conveniently order drinks off your screen menu and they bring them right away! Awesome. People who state that the casino looks ratty or dirty must have been somewhere... More

Went to casino but horse racing was so much fun. Sit in the sun by the river abs bet 2 to 3 dollars a race. Soak up the fresh air and enjoy.

We came to play a few slots. First thing noticed-no sounds of winning! After spending over two hours on the casino floor, surrounded by a ton of slot machines, did not see one winning machine! Talk about highway robbery! Then we decided to eat before leaving, what a MISTAKE. it was lunch time so naturally thought the buffet would be... More

There aren't many ways to get to this casino but your safest bet is to get off at the Ridley Park exit and come in on Rt. 291. If you are coming from the south and follow GPS it will have you get off at Kerlin St. and goes through Chester and you are going to go through some very... More
