Casino near Philidelphia. Easy to find & get to. They'll let you play, but it's "entertainment".. Come to eat, drink & have fun.. Not win all their money.. They also have a "trotter" horse track, with races. Unique & Fun to watch.

This is a pretty good casino. Bad location. I don't know what idiot wanted to put it next door to a prison but they did. Used to have a good buffet. Soso food otherwise. I play the slots. Seal the deal. I love that game.

I only been going since they opened the poker room because it is closer then Atlantic city. After yesterday only way I plan on ever going back is if they hire me as a wsop dealer for the circuit event. I went to a for years before Chester opened their poker room I get a wristband showing I'm over 21... More

First of all, this place is in Chester, not technically Philadelphia, not sure why they changed the name from "Harrah's Chester" to "Harrah's Philadelphia". Probably so people wouldn't be scared to go. Not a great neighborhood at all to drive through to get there, night or day. Also, it is literally right next to a prison...nice location! The place is... Do not listen to the bad reviews given. My experience there was totally the opposite. I did not get a chance to sample their food but i gambled none stop for 7 hours straight and still walked away with money. I normally max bet or just one below max bet. the slots was not very loose but were loose enough... More

I traveled from NYC to Harrahs Philly because I've never been to this Harrahs. I played craps. My first roll was awesome and I came close to winning the fire bet. Everyone at my table won some money. When it came time for my second roll, the table manager said that I must hit the opposite wall or I will... More

This casino looks like an industrial building. No curb appeal. The casino is dirty and smells like smoke. I only came here because I received free slot play. would not want to return

Have been to this Casino about six times. I go to play poker. The nice thing is that as a Caesar’s property, I get and can use my total rewards points. That is why I choose it over other PA or Delaware casinos. Otherwise, it would not likely be my first choice. The good: Parking is free and easy. Garage... More

One of the original racetracks converted to a casino and one of thirteen licensed casinos in the State of PA. For those that are used to AC or Las Vegas, the property is a disappointment. Food can be inconsistent, the Mein Noodle bar is not of the quality you would expect from an authentic experience. There is a Tony Luke's... More
