I've been to Harrah's Chester four times and have a Diamond Card. I hadn't received any promotional offers which surprised me. I inquired about it on the last visit and was told you don't even make their mailing list until you have been there five times. In my four visits I have accrued 2650 points and nada, nothing -- you... more

I am a Harrah's Seven Star Player and have been to every Harrah's in AC and Vegas, plus some elsewhere in the country. I live about 15 minutes away from the Chester Harrahs and have been going there semi regularly since it opened, though I go there far less often now then when it first opened. I believe I can... more

The staff tends to forget who there customers are, the people are so unprofessional. Rude and Scarsactic. The slots are very tight, play a machine for hours spending lots of money and never get a bonus or win anything. The casino can not find people to pass a drug test and the ones they have working there, dont have experience... more

Staff is awful--25 yards from prison--dangerous dilapidated industrial area . Scary garage--no visible security. Non-smoking areas surrounded by smoking--gag me. more

On Tuesday night, May 26, my uncle, my cousin, my brother, and went to the Harrah's Casino. This was my first time there, and to me, it was just a wonderful evening! We had dinner at the buffet there, and the food was there just simply fantastic! After that, we went into the casino to gamble, and the staff there... more

It is really easy to get to the location--just follow the signs from I-95. It is located in a very secluded area of Chester, PA. I first saw the site while traveling on Amtrak from DC to NY. I did an Internet search, found its exact location and traveled there. The facilities are absolutely beautiful. However, Chester is rundown with... more

I find it refreshing that someone is finally investing in the inner city. No it's not the Taj Mahal, nor is it even Atlantic City. Guess what? I live on the west coast and I think that Atlantic City is a dump. So a couply of factors have to be considered, namely the location and its history, but also when... more

I have been to this casino three times. I will not return: 1) Chester is a dangerous dump. No fast food, no gas stations, few street lights, cops everywhere and cars that tailgate with thumping bass. I got lost trying to find the freeway and was pulled over by a cop who warned me that homicides were "very high", ..... more

I am urging you all to not visit this casino, based on the poor experience I had at my last visit. Without being too longwinded, here is a summary of my experience. 1. The racing betting machines malfunctioned for both myself and another young couple. There are not customer service agents or phones around to help when these mishaps occur,... more

I was in the area and decided to check out Harrah's Chester for the first time. I usually play slots in Atlantic City and was interested to see how this slot location was. I found it easy to get to, though it is off in a more secluded industrial location. I parked in the garage which had quite a few... more
