I wanted to leave a review to share this important tidbit with you: DO NOT bring a water bottle with you. I carry a reusable bottle to try to be environmentally friendly. They asked me to throw it away so I could then spend $4.25 plastic bottle of water. In the meantime they have signs all over inside about how... More

Terrific little stadium. On the river. Good view of the Commodore Barry Bridge. Neatly every seat has a good view. Plenty of facilities. Clean bathrooms. Well-behaved family atmosphere. But.... Parking and access are bad. Staff are not knowledgable. Prices for food and water are high.

I finally had a chance to catch a Philadelphia Union professional soccer game. I live in the Philadelphia suburbs and should have gone sooner. Getting there is a breeze and parking is reasonable. The place is clean as a whistle and there are plenty of concessions for food and drink. We had access to the Stadium Club which is at... More

Had a chance to attend a Philadelphia Union soccer match on a nice Saturday afternoon. The game was interesting even though the locals lost. The stadium is 5 years old and looks and feels like a small venue. No bad seats in the house, everybody has a fantastic view of the pitch and the S.O.B.s (Sons of Ben, the local... More

We were there for the WUSV 2013 World Championship. Nice place with lots of parking and relatively easy access. The neighborhood is kind of scary tho.

Was visiting Philadelphia and had a chance to see the Maori All Blacks versus USA Rugby here in November. The stadium looks like it would be as excellent to watch soccer as it was to watch rugby. The main corridor is a bit narrow especially leaving the stadium, but the seats and the sightlines are excellent. What I can't figure... More

Totally awesome atmosphere, great stadium and facilities with a good selection of beers, parking lot could use some work for better tailgating, but overall, this was a great time!

Was recently at the PPL park to watch the Mauri All Blacks defeat the American Eagles. For any type of sporting event this place is awesome, no bad seats to be had and easier access to and from the commodore barry bridge.

PPL park is a gem. Maybe I'm a bit biased because I sit in the River End, but for a stadium its size I find it to be second to none. First of all, the views of the Commodore Berry bridge and the Delaware River and magnificent. Secondly, the beer selection is very good for a stadium that seats under... More
