Summer and Winter - can't go wrong! Such an excellent location just right for some upscale relaxing. I prefer a "nicer" place when I travel and everything here fits that category. There is so much to do in whatever season you are traveling here. From horseback riding, swimming, hiking, biking, fishing, or just relaxing in a chair looking at the... More

I had the opportunity to visit Seven Springs with my family during a work conference being held there. It was a terrific 4 days! Check in went smoothly, but be prepared to do some walking if hotel is busy and you don't use valet. The room was comfortable for my family of 4. A bit dated but clean and neat.... More

Seven Springs as a year round resort has many amenities. As a skier who learned to ski at this resort, many, many years ago, I still find new things happening here all the time. The summer festivals and concerts are also a great way to spend a weekend. The ski lodge, restaurants and hotel are all staffed with friendly people.... More

We're not skiers, but we love going to Seven Springs in the summer. It's become a family tradition to go every couple of years for a few days. They keep adding more summer activities and facilities. Our son was 19 on our last visit and still enjoyed all the things he could do, including the more adventurous activities. We always... More

First visit. For late March visit, conditions were still very good (most other ski resorts closed). We had previously skied at other nearby resorts since they are more affordable for a larger family. Seven Springs had reduced hours, thus had reduced lift ticket rates. $54 for an adult was reasonable. Most of the food places were closed due to late... More

I have been skiing at seven springs for almost 30 years, along with other resorts all over the country. I must say my opinion may be a little skewed since I'm looking at the facility as a grown up with a kiddo, instead of whatever i was when I started visiting the resort. The first issue I can not get... More

Ron, Thank you for taking the time to write this response on Seven Springs. I'm a former ski instructor and daughter of two ski patrollers. I've skied in 8 states and 2 foreign countries, so I've seen a lot of ski areas. I want to like Seven Springs. I really do. It's the biggest ski area close to our PGH home and it has some good skiing, but I'd rather drive to NY and... More

Dear Linda, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I will certainly follow up with the managers regarding the porta-potties, food and beverage, and patrol. I know our groomers are the hardest working and have done a great job this year. I hope the next time your experience is much better. If you have any other questions... More

The snowmaking and grooming has really gone downhill since the Nutting family has taken over. They seem to be more interested in terrain parks and "Superpipes". A lot of good ski terrain has been taken up by these parks and from what I could tell the percentage of skiers/boarders using the parks wasn't very high. I'm not saying you need... More

John, I understand your concern but we have gotten a lot of demand for the terrain parks and we are the only 22' superpipe on the East Coast which is very impressive! We do value your opinion though and will certainly forward this to slope management to see if there is any addition in the works. Thanks for your time. More

My family and I stayed at Seven Springs this past weekend and could not be more satisfied with the resort ammenities. The slopes were in perfect condition and the food at the Timbers was excellent.
