I went with the whole family, different ages and fitness levels. We got there a bit late in the afternoon,so we spent about two hours snow tubing at night, which was just the right amount of time. It was incredibly fun! None of us had done this before, we had an absolute blast. The drive to and from D.C. Was... More

There were definite positives and negatives to our trip. Positives: all of the staff from the Children Learning Center (CLC) were awesome. We have a 5 year-old with some sensory sensitivity, and they were wonderful with helping her find boots that didn't upset her, including trying 2 pairs of boots and talking gently and patiently with her. When we were... More

Went here snow tubing on one of the last Saturday's of the season. It was packed but well worth it. It was big enough to accommodate such a large crowd and did not sell out of tickets. Would definitely go back again and recommend this. The hills were a lot of fun!

Brought a date here to try snow tubing and it was EPIC! It was actually the first time I had been tubing at a ski resort (I'm from Colorado, so big skiier) and the track was about twice the size of what I had imagined! We had joked about bringing our helmets and goggles and it was actually quite the... More

Had a fun weekend skiing at Liberty. I am a beginner and my husband is intermediate skier and we both thought the trails were fine. We went on a weekend; it was crowded, but we never had to wait too long to get on the chair lift. We found that the wait was non existent on the back side of... More

So disappointed with a resort we'd heard good things about. This is not the place to ski unless your kids are both over the age of 4. We booked a week in advance for a spot in Riglet Park for our 3 1/2 year old only to be told on arrival that they weren't opening the park that day and... More

This is a smaller resort that's nice to hit up on a weekday morning. I only skied 4 hours but overall it was nice. There's only a couple expert slopes and they aren't very long. For an intermediate skier it is good practice, and a good season warm up for experts. It was well groomed with friendly staff.

Went on a $39 Thursday when school was out, apparently the resort doesn't track off days for local schools. Resort was woefully understaffed, we waited over two hours just to pick up rental skis. Beginner slopes so overcrowded and understaffed we gave up and left. Don't waste your money here, take the family to a resort where real snow and... More

Just had a great time at Liberty Mountain, having only had a couple of lessons on dry slopes in the UK, we thought we would have a go on the white stuff and picked liberty as it was only a couple of hours flight from Orlando and had a great reputation for learning packages. What a great choice we made.... More

We didn't stay in the hotel, but skied. The mountain is perfect for children and mid level difficulty. We will definitely come back soon.
