This day and age, there are few things that are free. Admittance to this museum is free and it is an awesome place. We have two young children and they were not really interested in too much the museum had to offer. There were a few things that held their attention like a cool ball game diaplay that shows golf... The trip was with a group. We were greeted, watched a video, then were left to view the museum on our own. Displays were attractive detailing the extensive history of Zippo lighters. We were able to watch assembly workers through a glass wall. Fascinating visit if you are a collector; probably a worthwhile one time stop if you are not.... More

Definitely worthwhile to visit in the area. It is a museum containing the history of Zippo lighters and memorabilia of WWII as well as the film industry. There is a window looking onto the floor of the Zippo repair shop. Of course, one can purchase Zippos and also Case knives. Admission is free.

We live less than 45 minutes away and usually make a stop here when passing through just because it's a cool place to visit. It's small, but informative. A nice gift shop with all the Zippo/Case items you could think of. Tons of knives and lighters. If I smoked I would definitely use a Zippo lighter......just because they are neat!... More

I drive by the place about 4 times a day. Yes, I live here. There's usually someone taking pictures of the Zippo Car every time I look over there from the 219 bypass when the car is in it's display spot. I go in the store / museum a few times a years because they are always changing things. It... More

My family always stops at the Zippo Museum and Vistor's center whenever we are in the Bradford/Allegany area. The gift shop always has something new and we love looking at all of the lighters in the store. There are movie clips with actors using Zippo lighters, letters from soldiers and the history of the company is apparent. This is a... More

A little piece of Americana to see and enjoy. The visitors center shows the background, marketing and production of the lighters and the importance of the brand and product to the country and world.

I was quite pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my visit here. I had no clue about the rich history of these made in America products. It is definitely worth a stop to view this free museum.

As you enter Bradford you may see a unique building shaped like a large lighter. We felt that we had to see this unique museum and were not disappointed. The Zippo museum details the history of the company that makes the iconic Zippo lighter and Case knifes. The museum details the history of the company with unique displays. The large... More
