Ruben was our guide and was very informative. Our family of four was with a family of five and they were nice. It was a bit cramped in the Buffy but it is a buggy! The ride to the farm was nice and it was cool to be on the road with the trucks. The farm was also very interesting,... More

We had never taken a buggy ride in Amish country before, so we decided to try. The brochure offered three different rides. We took the middle of the road ($12 per person the brochure stated). THIS WAS NOT THE COOKIE RUN; although we stopped at a farm where a young girl was selling lemonade, water, cookies, and painted horseshoes. The... More

My family and I were made aware of Aaron & Jessica's Buggy Rides at our hotel. We were excited about the opportunity to experience the Amish life style. We arrive at 12:00 on Friday August 15. After reviewing the tours, we decided on a private tour. The older gentlemen that we met with told us to come back at 1:30... More

Took the farm tour. The buggy driver took us to his farm and explained how the Amish farm on a dairy farm. Was very interesting at the way they used their milking machines and ran them. Was very interesting and would go again.

The Amish people we have met during our stay in the area have all been so nice, hospitable, friendly and polite it was a shock to find such rude people shuffling us around during our eternal wait for this buggy ride. The organization was terrible, confusing and frustrating. With so many buggy rides available in the area I would definitely... More

Its ride is next to a Amish farm attraction (didn't do that but wanted the ride) They have 4 types If memory works I look the longest (farm, ride, homemade cookies and lemonade). They had to get another buggy cause there were so many people waiting (but time went fast) looking at the people riding into town. Each horse looked... More

I took my 2 and a half year old daughter for a buggy ride. She got to sit up front with Mr. Levi and she absolutely loved it. We went for the hour long ride, which was filled with so much interesting information about the Amish community, including a trip to the farm. I highly recommend this outing to anyone... More

The overall ride was fun and we did learn some interesting things about the Amish we didn't know but we were not aware that on Sundays you only have one choice of the route and it's a short ride because since it's sunday you can't set foot on any private property (any farms or anything) so it was a little... We have gone here each time we travel to the area. This time we went on a Sunday and learned that the ride varies from that offered Monday through Saturday because nothing much is happening in the area on Sunday. It was a peaceful ride and our "driver" was knowledgeable providing us some information here and there. But it was... More

Having visited Lancaster on many occasions, we still had never done a buggy ride. So on our recent overnight getaway my wife and I decided to add this to our itinerary. With a choice of three rides we chose the farm trip ride. By going close to 4 pm our buggy arrived at the farm at milking time. We thoroughly... More
