We chose the farm ride for our wagon trip and we were pleased with the experience. Our driver was Barb and she was great with answering questions and teaching us about Amish living. She was especially good with the children in our group and had them ride up front with her. We went to a farm to learn about the... More

We tried to book a buggy ride. We were treated abruptly, rude, and mid sentence a gent actually turned his back and walked off. I am sure the Amish must have mixed feelings about being a "tourist" item with regard to their way of life, but if you don't want to share your ways and world with "outsiders" then get... More

Dear Ms Rude, One of the privileges we have is meeting folks from other walks of life, as well as other parts of the world; interpreting our way of life to them. There are several individuals at our "post" (place at which the horses tie and rides depart) to greet you and tell you about the tours we offer. There... More

My friend and I had a simply fabulous time. We got there and immediately got our buggy and driver and were on our way. Eli was very informative and explained all the sights as we went along. The farm tour was great and we learned a lot about all the workings of producing dairy. I would definitely go back again... More

We went on a weekday. It was a little confusing how to get tickets but we found a guy to tell which your we wanted. We had a short wait (maybe 10 minutes) for the cookie tour. The ride was nice. We stopped on an Amish farm where a woman came up to the buggy w a basket of cookies... More

Dear Confused ;)) Immediately as you walk up to the ride area there are three signs directing you to a. sign up here, b. no tickets necessary, pay the drive when you finish, and also explain the routes and prices which are clearly posted. Although it may have appeared you that some folks might not have paid, I'm sure you... More

We came about 15:00. The guide told us to wait at least 30 min and said that there are more tours later until 19:00. We came at 15:45 and waited until 16:45 and the guided didn't agree to take us because there weren't enough people. We explained him and the guy in plain&fancy center that we need to come back... Tours at Aaron and Jessica's leave at regular intervals. You would not have been refused a buggy ride or deferred by us for the length of time you have indicated. This appears to be a misunderstanding. Your sentence phrasing and grammar brings us to suspect that English is not your native language. We sincerely apologize for any lack of clarity... More

We arrived at about three PM and bought tickets to the movie, the VIP tour and the Buggy Ride. Due to their schedule we could not get into the ride. We got an answer from them - so come back tommorrow. It should have been a nice experiance if they will take good service as a leading value.

The Amish Experience tour company is NOT Aaron and Jessica's Buggy Rides. We are two separate businesses. The Amish Experience graciously offers you an Amish Carriage ride as a bonus after you participate in their tours. Obviously you arrived at our facility after we were closed. This is not our doing. We suggest you check all local business hours before... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon buggy ride! The driver of our buggy was polite and informative. We visited a family's dairy farm, and purchased delicious homemade lemonade and pretzels for a pleasant snack. Our driver answered all of our questions and told us about his own family. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

I should have gotten the hint when all of the other buggy ride businesses were closed on a Sunday. Since the Amish spend most of their Sunday's in religious observance, there really wasn't much to see. That being said, our driver Aaron was informative and funny. He had a dry sense of humor and shared a ton of interesting facts.... More
