Stopped in while touring Gettysburg. The wine and cider tasting was great. Brenda Lynn made the experience a lot of fun. She recommended a great restaurant and even made a reservation for us.

When I was home visiting Gettysburg last summer, I heard about this place in Biglerville and asked my friend Jennie if she would take me over there. She did, and, driving up to it, I gasped, "Wait! THIS is in BIGLERVILLE? This looks like Napa Valley!" (For a long time after visiting wine country in Northern California, I dreamed about... More

PROS: * Very good hard cider, and a variety to choose from. Made there with apples grown on the property. * Good selection of wines with grapes grown on the property. * Variety of events year-round including live music, fundraisers, family events, and even animal-themed events. * Dogs welcome on the patio and grounds. * You can have your own... What a great review! It is nice to hear what others think and then try to improve. We are aware of our driveway and one day hope to remedy it in some way! Until then, we just remind ourselves that the wine and the view are worth it. More

This is a great winery to visit. The views are nice, the wine is good and the staff is also friendly. They serve wine and cider so if you don't like one, you can try the other. They have music on weekends and so far, everyone I've heard has been very good. They also have food occasionally for sale, check... More

The winery sits atop a hill surrounded by grape vines. The view is great. You can bring your own snacks or they have cheese and crackers for purchase. Taste 6 wines for $3 or pay $5 and their ciders are included in the tasting. They also had two food trucks if you wanted a sandwich, fries, or ice cream. The... More

This winery is more of an upscale feel. Wonderful deck, gorgeous views. Not a fan of most of their wines, but they also have cider they produce and a lovely sangria. It is worth the trip for the view alone.

I heartily concur with every other comment : you will not fail to enjoy yourself here. Fabulous wine, lovely food from the truck and great music. Admittedly, we were blessed with a fine and warm May evening and so were able to take in the amazing views. Don't hesitate: just go!

Very nice location with a lovely view. More than acceptable wines and ciders quite popular with cider lovers. There is a large deck area with tables for sitting outside and enjoying your wine and the view. You can also purchase cheese & sausage to enjoy with your wine. A nice way to spend part of your late afternoon.

It's safe to say that it would be worth it to visit Hauser just for the Amazing View. And with great entertainment, Jack's Hard Cider, and a wide variety of tasty wines, Hauser is a "Must See" on your trip to Adams County. Plenty of specialty nights for the Couples, Ladies, and more.
