Went to Rendezvous Bay on a 1 day trip to Anguilla. Relatively easy to get there - ferry's are every 45 minutes from Marigot to Blowing Point and vice versa. Paid the departure tax at Marigot ($5 US or 3 Euro). At the time of writing, it makes sense to pay in Euros; there are many currency exchange places within... More

This is the second time we have stayed at The Great House which is in the "middle" of Rendezvous Bay. We spend a lot of time on this beach. My wife walks along the beach early in the morning and finds beautiful sea shells. It does not hurt that the beach has at least four choices for eating.

Having sailed through the Caribbean and visiting 100's of beaches - this remains among my favorites! They don't allow boats to spend the night on their anchors (which i believe helps keep the place nice). There are day trips that come from St Martin for the day, but with a mile of beach - they usually stay out of the... More

Gorgeous place to visit - beach for days! Be sure to stop by The Place at the far end (opposite side of Cuisinart) for some great food.

Like most beaches on the south side of the island it can be a tiny bit rough. It also tends to get more than it's fair share of sea weed. Great beach to walk along and decent snorkelling though.

The beach is long and the sand white. It is great for walking along and also for a dip with the kids. The Dune is at one end and well worth a visit for a rum punch. There are some areas to snorkel but be careful as there are a lot of urchins in the rocks further in. The bay... More

Of the many beautiful beaches of Anguilla (there are over 30!) Rendezvous Bay is our favorite. The water, like most of Anguilla is turquoise crystal and generally very calm. The beach is light sand and gentle slope. There is a great view of St. Martin/St. Maarten. We enjoy lounging in the sun and reading or just watching the beautiful water.... More

Rendezvous Bay Beach is just beautiful! Calm, blue water.. White powdery sand & Enough beach bar choices to make for a lovely day (cusinart beach shack, sunshine shack, coconuts beach bar & the place)! Good for long walks, a jog, a swim, or just relaxing, it's a peaceful scenic place to spend the day!
