Just revisted Sunriver Resort after they went through remodel. WOW! this place really stepped up to 5 star quality! I'm so impressed with the renovations, the atmosphere really makes it a forest wilderness resort while being very modern at the same time. Winter it is comfortable with gas fireplaces in every room - watch the Elk, deer migrate across the... More

Pick any one of the 4 courses for a challenge. Whether you play the Meadows or Woodlands or really put on the challenge and play Cross Water all of the courses are designed around the names of the courses and are just spectacular settings for a quiet round of golf.

I played the Woodlands course and from 1st tee to 18th I thoroughly enjoyed playing this course. It was in spectacular shape. Greens were fast and fairways were lush. I'm looking forward to going back to this area and playing the other courses at Sunriver and surrounding areas. When I write a review I try to think and relay any... More

I wanted a place where I could play a little golf and ride my bike in a safe environment for a 60+ year old woman. My friend, also a golfer, had a great time playing the beautiful Meadows golf course. We had wonderful weather in the high 70's in October! We had a dinner in Bend, Oregon which is a... More

Sunriver is one of central Oregon's finest resort communities. It has everything...literally. We stayed at the Pines for 3 days. Played golf, biked, hiked, and ate very well.

We played at the Meadows coarse early Sunday morning. The fairways were perfect and the greens beautiful, it was really open with a fair amount of hazards to keep it challenging. Had a wonderful time just wish I had enough time to play it again

My Daughter's family own a Condo here, so we visit yearly. Always try to play golf. All courses are different "challenge" levels, with Crosswater (tournament level course) the most challenging and difficult to get on. Other one we play (can't recall the name....Woodlands?) was in great shape and easier for the average golfers. Immaculately manicured greens on all. And SUCH... More

I only played the Woodlands golf course and it was perfect. Excellent condition, with ample fairways, but it still tests the better golfer. Greens were perfect. Firm and fast. We tee'd off about 7:45 and played in well under 4 hrs. My kind of golf. I did go to Crosswater to use the range but the AJGA had the place... More

Crosswater gets all the press because it is supposedly a difficult challenge. And it is. But it is not the big bruiser some would claim. It is hard only because it has a few holes with water along one side of the fairway--it's easier to go over water than to play along side of it. Both courses are in excellent... More
