We'll try again tomorrow but got rained out this morning. We went to plan B which was shopping and of course the day turned sunny and lovely. The gardens, even in the rain, are beautiful and impressive. Worth an excursion

Oregon Gardens is a beautiful place to visit and never the same twice. A must see every season. Recently visited with Scarecrows in the Garden - the leaves are changing and there was still plenty blooming. It is a great place to wander, take pictures, or just sit and contemplate a beautiful place. The membership is well worth it because... More

I had known of this garden for some time and knew it had struggled in the early years but was blown away by the high standards it has achieved. Scientific labels are abundant; the variety of garden themes and hardscape features are a tribute to the local nursery/landscape industry. It's just beautiful.

Having visited many beautiful parks and nature areas in the Northwest I may have had too high of expectations for the Oregon Gardens. While it is definitely beautiful there are many other gardens and parks in the metro area that show just as well. Perhaps a mid summer visit with full blooms would have left a better impression. The tropical... More

If you are a plant lover, this is a great place. Lots of water features and friendly staff. A little on the spendy side but Groupon coupons or other discounts are available. Besides, it's near Silverton. A great little town.

Just a lovely place to walk around and take in all the different Gardens on a beautiful day. We were amazed at how much The Gardens have matured over 15 years. We will be back at least once a year.

Try to spend a day visiting the various gardens. There is so much to see. It might take two days. Luscious flowering gardens, farm lands and magnificent tree groves. Best attraction in town.

The Oregon Gardens really surprised us. We enjoyed acres of all kinds of all kinds of well manicured gardens. Ranging from edible gardens, children's gardens, forests, flowers, knot gardens, and introspective gardens everything was there. There is a tram that I would suggest taking upon arrival in order to get the entire layout in your mind, then begin walking, walking,... More

Well, to say I love this garden understates my affair with this lovely property. The design is wonderful, broad and detailed, well-planned and always growing. One could come here every month and see something new bloom. The conifer garden is without peer. Local nurseries help to maintain small areas of the garden. Broad paths are wheelchair friendly though it is... More

We visited the gardens for the first time in years, after having been there the year it opened. We were quite impressed. An august visit was a lovely time to be there. I really liked the northwest theme of many of the spaces. We plan to be back every year. Check out their special events,
