Took my nieces and nephews to this attraction and they loved it. They liked the hand-on tidal pool exhibit, feeding the seals and seeing the seals up close in a tank. It's small, but I think of it as intimate.

The children enjoyed it and learned a lot. It's good value. The seals are fun to watch and feed. It's not trying to be anything other than what it is--small and interesting.

Loved this little aquarium. The highlight is feeding the seals so be sure to purchase some food (some hotels might have coupons for seal food). It's a very hands-on engaging aquarium and we spent much more time there than I would have thought.

We couldn't get her away from it! She also liked the 36 foot whale skeleton. It was small but worth the visit. Kids are free.

Small, privately-run museum which has been at Seaside since I was a kid (many decades ago). Crowd favorite is the seals, who each have their own "schtick" to induce you to feed them fish. Many smaller aquariums with interesting exhibits, including the "Tsunami Fish" that crossed the Pacific in a derelict boat from Japan. The exhibits apparently get fresh seawater... More

My grandson loved playing in the small tank that held small crabs and star fish. He didn't want to leave - the young gal that was supervising this tank was informative and interacted with the children , making this a wonderful learning moment of ocean creatures. Feeding the seals was another highlight this small establishment had to offer. My family... More

This is a fairly small establishment found along the beach boardwalk in Seaside. There was ample free parking and it is located near a number of local shops, the Carousel Mall and other activities in downtown Seaside. The highlight of the visit for the boys were purchasing the small trays of fish and feeding the fur seals. The seals are... More

I do think that the aquarium is a little overpriced, but it is privately owned and they have to pay the bills somehow. Feeding the seals was fun and my toddler LOVED IT!! The seals were even clapping for sardines. The rest of the aquarium was not very interesting unless you had never seen many fish.
