Tryed to get someone on the phone is close to impossible. Nobody calls back, when messages left. When you do get someone on the phone they are rude and impolite. I called Groupon, who have seem to have heard these complains before. My question is if that is the case why are they still selling the groupon. I love the... More

I am the tour guide, I apologize to anyone having problems with our tours. It does not say in the groupon or anything about meeting in front of the Transy library but PLEASE meet there! It is difficult to walk 5 blocks to round everyone up! I can only wait until 7:05 PM at the LATEST to start the tour.... More

This tour was a complete scam. And now I hear that the owner is shutting down the business but opening another one with the same guides but a different name?! What kind of crook does that! I hope he doesn't think it will solve his problems with BBB and all those Groupon refunds.

As a former employee I can certainly tell you this company is a joke, many of the guides are quitting because we aren't getting paid! They are a scam and we all need to report them to the Oregon attorney general

My grandsons (ages 15 & 17) LOVED this tour through the history & haunting locations of Salem. Perfect for teenagers.

While there are some who may enjoy the smell of diesel, I do not. We took an afternoon ride with a box lunch. The smell of diesel ruined the trip and the lunch. I would not recommend this nor would I repeat it.

Our tour guide was 30 minutes late, then tried to explain how it was the company's fault bc she meets in one place but there is always an issue of people going to a different place. Ummm why don't you go to where the people are? Then we asked if we could get the tour started. Then the 2 hour... More

I give up. The reservation has been cancelled and rescheduled multiple times since AUGUST! It happened again. Unfortunately, it always happens 3-4 days before the event which makes unnecessary stressful to plan ahead and even MORE stressful to try and explain it to my child. Standard excuses every time 'sick/car crash/death' only tell me this - if you fail to... More

This tour company is absolutely HORRENDOUS!! I bought a Living Social voucher for this tour and it took forever just to make a reservation because their online reservations with coupons doesn't work, then I didn't get a call back for DAYS about actually booking the reservation. Don't ever expect to call and get to talk to an actual person...even for... More

Purchased Groupon Voucher in June, booked tour in July (for October date), received email 3 days prior to tour that it was cancelled, and neither Groupon nor Spirit Expeditions (who are now not returning any emails or calls) are currently willing to refund the $50 I spent. So they sell vouchers, cancel on you, and keep you cash. Personally, I... More
