The wines here are amazing. Sad that you do not see them in our local market in Scottsdale. The tasting room is clean and modern. The staff is helpful and attentive to everybody. I came during the week and I had the run of the place. My favorite wines were the Syrah, Malbec and Tempranillo. The prices were quite reasonable... More

This is beautiful vineyard. The tasting room is stunning and the views are gorgeous. Love the wines ..High end Reserve Tempranille is a must..We added this to our collection along with a couple Syrah . Have been a fan of Abacela but visiting the vineyard is a real treat.

We tasted a variety of Abacela wines and found them unique in character and taste. We purchased a case following a five-set tasting. The staff were well-versed in their stock and were warm and friendly. Recommend you purchase a snack of their meats and cheeses to accompany your wine experience. My favorites were the Ports -- both Tawny and Estate.

If you are traveling with adults and are looking for something to break up your trip from Eugene to Redwood country, this is a delightful stop. Just a few miles off the interstate in Roseburg, the winery sits high on a hill overlooking the terraced vineyards. The breeze is refreshing on a hot summer afternoon as you choose a bottle... More

Also get homemade pizza several nights a week. Winery is producing some really wonderful wines. Recommended by a sommelier at a restaurant in Ashland, we first stopped on a whim. Have since stopped a second time and purchased several cases of various wines including Tempranio which are quite good. Also enjoyed pizza night sitting outside the tasting room located on... More

The staff was friendly and the wine was good, but the staff sounded a bit rehearsed. I felt like they were taught about the wines instead of being apart of or even passionate about what they sold. The port was not good though, but that is just personal taste. The views were amazing though. Bring a camera!

Everything about this winery is first rate. Its product, the view, the vineyard is spectacular. I have seen this winery grow ten fold and its wine is getting better every year.

My wife and I enjoy visiting the local vineyards and wineries and for some crazy reason had never been to Abacela until just last week (May 2014). Its one of the nicer places locally we've been too. The grounds are well kept, parking is plentiful, view of the surrounding hills is spectacular. They do "brick oven" pizza on Friday's I'm... More

Someone sunk some bucks into this place and well worth the trip just for the view. The wine was impressive as well. We came away with a 2009 Shiraz, nice easy drinking, didn't break the bank and very knowledgeable staff filled us in on all the wines they offered. The tasting room is understated elegance, comfy, makes you want to... More
