The falls are very close to resort, well marked and easy to find. We were there in winter, and it was nice...want to see it in summer too. It is worth the time to take a look while there.

This small park along the Deschutes River is just west of Redmond and near Eagle Crest Resort. Depending on when you visit it can either be full of families with teens and children or you can have the place to yourself. It's an okay place to picnic with sufficient parking. The hike along the river is ok not impressive but... More

We live a few miles from here but had not stopped in until a couple of months ago (this is a bit late in getting posted). We brought a small picnic with us to enjoy while we hung out talking and just being together. This is a nice little tucked away spot where we were able to enjoy our meal... More

I can remember going here for birthday parties when I was little. There used to be white swans but so many dogs have chased them off. It's a good spot to take little kids to teach how to fish but it's gotten hard to walk around in flip flops now because of the fish hooks that have been discarded. I... More

Went here several times. Just to relax, to barbecue, take a little walk, test out my inflatable. Not a huge park but big enough. The river is calm maybe a little cold still it is a an overall easy place to be. Easy is the best way i describe it. With natural beauty.

We saw a roadside sign for the falls. After driving the road, which were more suited to a small car than an SUV, we saw a sign telling us that we had to hike along the water for 1\4 mile to get to the falls.

At the end of a day of hiking at Smith Rock, we stopped at Cline Falls State Park but found the walk to the falls looked uninteresting as we would have to walk along the water under the highway.

On the banks of the Deschutes River this small park is a great spot to have a quick picnic and it is quite popular for a somewhat short tube floating excursion. I would suggest some adult supervision if floating the river as it can be deeper in spots where children could not stand up and the current varies from lazy... More

Cline Falls is pretty, but in the summer it is overwhelmed by young people (teens) and lacks enough parking for all of the people. I prefer to go other places in the Summer

It's a great place to take the kids when it's not too busy. The no alcohol and dogs on leash policy make for it to be a, usually, nice family outing. The Deschutes River has ice cold water, but on hot a hot day, it's a treat.
