Tours include the award-winning “Best of Portland,” showcasing what makes Portland such a fabulous place to live and visit (daily, 10 AM and 2 PM); our scandalous “Underground Portland,” aka "the worst of Portland," revealing both the physical and metaphorical subterranean story of Portland's sordid past; the eerie “Beyond Bizarre”, a hands-on exploration of Portland's paranormal, using real ghost-hunting equipment as seen on shows like "Ghost Adventurer" (TM) and "Paranormal State" (TM); our delicious “Epicurean Excursion” walking tour, a tasty immersion into Portland's amazing culinary "slow food" scene; and our indulgent “Chocolate Decadence Tour," exploring and sampling chocolate in its many solid and liquid forms, from bean to bar and everything in between. « less

Went on two tours, underground and chocolate. Both were fun and interesting, but only do the chocolate if you are really into it. More

My daughter was visiting from Las Vegas and we decided to take a Portland tour. We settled on the "Beyond Bizarre" tour as this seemed interesting to us. We were met by Tara as scheduled and began a walking tour of several blocks of Old Town Portland. We had a grand time. Tara was very informative, and animated. Although we... More

The Beyond Bizarre tour was a gift for my 10 year old daughter. It was very important to her; she had been asking to go for 6 months. It was even more fun than I had expected. Our guide did an excellent job keeping the tour interesting and appropriately PG for my daughter, while still keeping it engaging for the... More

This is best way to get to know the food scene in Portland. Covers from Coffee to food trucks to pastry and of course beer. There is a lot of behind the scenes too!! Also our guide, Damon, knew almost everything about Portland which made the tour even more interesting. I am amazed how much I have learned from Damon... More

We, my brother his wife and I, went on a walking tour of the Best of Portland. We had Michael, it was a Saturday morning, cold and rainy, however the tour guide was great and made up for the weather. The tour was about 2.5 hours, thought it went by so fast you didn't realize how far or how long... More

We did the epicurean tour and saw some great sights, tasted some neat food and met interesting food "buddies" at each spot. The guide, Herb, really knew his stuff and kept everyone interested. All the hosts were really good at chatting individually with the people on the tour. Would absolutely recommend this tour More

Joe was our wonderful & engaging guide for the 2 1/2 hour walking tour that began & ended at Old Town Pizza. He is a wealth of fascinating information about Portland's early history & architecture - I don't think our group had a single question that he wasn't able to answer! The weather was cold, but we wore warm jackets... More

I highly recommend taking this tour on your first day visiting Portland. It really opens your eyes to all the wonderful options Portland has to offer for food, beer, and wine. Our tour guide Herb was awesome! I couldn't imagine having anyone else give this tour. He was very energetic, funny, and informative with all kinds of interesting facts about... More

I love ghost tours, and judging from the number of people who attend these tours, I say so do a lot of other people. I especially liked the Portland tour because the guide immediately acknowledged the people who believed and those who didn't and made everyone feel welcome. I also liked the fact that she asked people in the tour... More

TC, Thank you for the positive review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the way our guides engage people in the tour - that's a point of pride for us. We're sorry there wasn't more activity for you that night - we have no control over when the spooky phenomena decide to show themselves, unfortunately - but we're glad... More
