We had a beautiful day for the ride. It's quick and a great view of Portland. It's not a must-do, but was fun if you are looking for a quick activity to do with the kids.

The tram is loads of fun for everyone, including families. It is a short ride to the top (lots of hospitals up there) but there are decks for viewing and a lovely garden for relaxation. And, it is super inexpensive. When it is clear, you can see forever.

This is a nice fun ride, great for kids and adults. If your lucky you will get a sunny day with nice views of Mt. Hood.

You can get tickets from the desk near by inside the building to ride up to ohsu. Beautiful view best in the dark when you can see all the city lights

$4 dollars a person seemed a little expensive for a 2 min tram ride each way. beautiful view, but not sure it was worth the price.

It cost us $12 for 3 people. We rode up took photos it lasted about 5 minutes for the whole ride. Then we rode down and intended to ride up and down once more but we were kindly told to get off, lol. The tickets are only good for 1 trip there and back. I don't really know if it was... More

to see the layout of the city, was a little hazy and foggy but we saw the mountains in between the waves of fog. Very nice 'driver'/escort whatever you want to call him and he had several tips for things to do and where to go around the city and where to go at the top for the best views.... More

the aerial tram actually gives service to the visitors and people who work at the hospital above, but everyone can pay the 4$ fee and go. the cart is big, and the ride only takes a few moments but when you get to the top it's great. just stayed few minutes at the top and went back down but it... The price is right, 3.00 a person. The trip up and back is very quick. and the views are incredible. Someone with vertigo probably should think twice about the trip. I have a fear of heights but managed just fine. Go on a clear day and see all the way to Mt. Hood. Unfortunately, there isn't much to do once... More

Unless you are visiting the hospital there is no reason to ride the tram unless it's sunny. Great views of the city when it's clear, crappy views when it's not.
