I read reviews this is a must see. It's a bit disappointing to be honest. It;s not going very high and the views aren't that great. I think Portland has a lot of other things to see that's much better use of your time.

This was fun even on a cloudy, misty day. The ride is not long but you get a great sense of the area and the view from the top (which is a hospital) is very nice. It's an easy ride and gentle swaying sometimes but nothing scary at all. This is suitable for young kids and is very safe. I... More

A ride on the Aerial Tram provides wonderful city views (both on the tram and at OHSU), access to OHSU, and an opportunity to see some wonderful art that has been donated which adds to the ambiance. It's a great adventure, go with a friend. Splurge on coffee and snacks while enjoying the georgeous setting.

A short trip high above downtown/SW Portland and it's inexpensive and fun. I try to take trams in other cities but I'm devoted to my beautiful Portland, so try this and just enjoy...I did and I will ride it again and again and..

It's cheap and great view of the city just don't mind the hospital stuff riding with you. No need to get off the tram cause on top is a Hospital. Its kind of weird but hey wanna the city view from above this is it.

We did the 4T hike and caught the Tram going down. The view was amazing and the Tram was a sturdy, smooth ride. Going down is free. The Tram ride is short.

Free going downhill and $4 to come back up. The view from the tram and the top makes it worth the $4. We took the tram at night and great view of the city.

liked the ease, price, and view. Disliked the fact that you end up in a hospital! We had to walk through the hospital to get to the bridge walkway that connects one hospital building to another.

We loved that we only had a short time to do one more thing in Portland and this was great. A very short tram ride to the top, a few minutes checking out the views of the city, Mt St Helen's, Mt Hood, and the new 'people only' bridge, then down and a hop on the streetcar just a few... More

When you travel to Portland you could enjoy the conventional attractions, but my top three for off-the radar things to do (and accessible by public transit) would include the aerial tram, Wednesday farmer's market and the monthly free lecture at the Art Museum. The aerial tram was inexpensive, accessible by the NS trolley line and provided a bird's eye view... More
