I went here with my girlfriend on our annual vacation. We saw "Mr Holmes", but we didn't have any dinner. The theater was nice and comfortable. The seating was was not the usual theater seating. It was more like recliner style seating. Another group got served food in the theater. The movies shown were current ones. If I ever get... More

Came here on my first trip to Portland and have been stopping by on every trip since. The food is very good, the lay out of the seating is nice and convenient and it's all at such an affordable price!

Our first visit was a very good experience. Normally we avoid going into Portland on summer weekends. Parking can be a hassle and the crowds... well. This comfy little place was accessible with a parking lot right across the street! The movie was Mr. Holmes (one of tomorrow's classics). The menu for dining in the theater was simple and our... The Living Room Theatre offers very comfortable chairs and food served in the theatre just before the movie is played. Movie selections are excellent and often "art movies."

My boyfriend takes me here every year on my birthday. The theater is small but feels homey. I can't eat the food due to allergies (boyfriend is also a celiac) and I don't drink but the food smells lovely! I really like that the seats are all set up for food and drink, it's much better than the single cup... More

Warm, competent service by window, food and beverage staff. In the heart of downtown PDX, multiple screens offer art house and indie films. Theaters are small with a combination of large movie-house seats and comfy chairs and tables. Grab a drink, snack or meal in the resto/bar area or order food delivered to your reserved/designated theater seat. It's a breeze.... More

The best way to watch movies, have dinner before or during the movie, enjoy you glass of wine. Lots of leg room and super comfortable chairs. Went twice on our visit to Portland!

The Living Room theater runs a top notch and efficient experience start to finish. Here's what I loved: I was able to purchase my tickets online and pick my own seats. Upon arrival to theater (print your tickets and skip the line), the staff very efficiently noted our movie time, sat us quickly in the restaurant and made sure we... More

However, the food -- was a pit bland and seemingly not of the best quality. It could and should be better, next time I will stick with popcorn.
