Went there for a late night dinner @ around 10:30pm this weekend, and the place was hopping! My date ordered the salmon, which was really lovely, but I scored with the green bean salad with the "deep-fried poached egg" on top. OH, baby. It was fantastic! We loved this place. Very funky. Recommended by a friend and what a treat. They keep the "Sapphire Hotel" name, even though the hotel is long gone. They use the lobby; it has charm and warmth. Really fun food. Loved the fact that the wine is not your double-up pricing usually found in restaurants. More
