My husband & I celebrated my birthday with a quiet November cruise down the Willamette River. The night was dark with a crisp, chill in the air as we boarded the 150 foot yacht. It was a romantic setting, and the cuisine was exceptional ((we ordered the Columbia River steelhead stuffed with bay shrimp & ricotta cheese). The captain on... More

My wife and I did the Boo Cruise event on the Portland Spirit 10.31.2014. We had a blast. Everyone was so very friendly and the Band, "Dear Drummer" was perfect for the occasion. The band never stopped and had the crowd dancing all night long. Costumes were all out and service for drinks was quick and affordable. Good job Portland... More

We took the scenic tour of the Portland Spirit River Cruises in Oct. We enjoyed this, it is a very relaxing ride. All of the workers I saw on the ship where friendly, and helpful. We sat on the top viewing floor when we started watching the river and city of Portland, but had to go back under due to... More

Hello ~ Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the sights and sounds of the river even on a wet and rainy Portland afternoon. The city changes during each season and a river cruise is a great way to see it all! We look forward to having you on board again ~ Thanks, The Portland... More

I enjoyed this short cruise so much that I took it twice this summer, and lucked out with perfect weather both times, which is a feat if you know much about Portland. The host gave us interesting information about each bridge as we passed under, and then didn't talk on the return trip, allowing for quiet-ish (the small boat is... More

Hello~ Thank you for your review. We are glad you and our son enjoyed the Bridges Tour. The Explorer is a bit more adventurous than our other vessels, allowing guests to see most of the Portland's crossings in a short amount of time. We hope to have you cruise with us again in the future! Thanks, The Portland Spirit More

My cousin and his wife were visiting from California so scheduled this cruise. The day could not have been a more wonderful day. We sat outside on the upper deck. Had a table and chairs along the side where we had an unobstructed view. Yes, the wait getting on and off was a little long in the hot sun as... More

This dinner cruise is a lovely and relaxing experience. The food was very good... not exceptional. But the food is only a part of the experience. There's a piano player tinkling in the background while you eat and the service was friendly and good. You have an excellent view of the passing shoreline from the large dining room windows and... We just took the Portland to Astoria day cruise and bus back. The river of course was beautiful and we loved going under the city bridges. If the trip was just that and no other considerations I would give it an excellent rating. However, there were a few things that made it less than stellar. Loading the boat was so... More

Six of us took this cruise together on a foggy, cloudy day in September. Loved it! The white mist on the mountains made the scenery even more spectacular. The continental breakfast and the lunch were delicious; the staff was friendly and informative; the captain's narrative was fun to listen to. Traveling through the Bonneville Lock was particularly fascinating. Many interesting... More

My husband booked the dinner cruise on our last day of our anniversary week in Portland. The presentation of entrees was very nice and the food was good not spectacular. The seating was good as almost every table lines the windows. The service was very good and the waiter & waitresses sing. Our waitresses Anne sang "What a Wonderful World... More

My young girls and I loved the brunch cruise. The meal was wonderful, the entertainment fine, and couldn't beat the view out our window. It was their first taste of luxury cruising.
